Indian Canyons Golf Resort - South Course

The course was good. The pace of play was terrible. We got stuck behind a foursome that literally could not spend less than 15 minutes on a green, hole after hole. This course needs a Marshall to speed up the pace of play.

First time playing golf in Palm Springs and chose Indian Canyon South based on reviews. More than happy I did. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, course was in excellent shape except for a couple very soggy spots on a couple fairways, but not big deal. Looking forward to playing the course again tomorrow. The only complaint is that it’s pricey to golf here. $7.00 for a half bucket of range balls is pretty stiff.

Bunkers had many exposed liners. Not enough carts to service demand so had to walk to the range. The only course we played that range balls were not included.

Pace of play wa s really slow. Course was in as good of condition it could have been since a storm came through early morning knocking over 50 trees. Golf carts were in short supply and batteries were low.

I play this course every year when i vacation in the area. The course is always in great shape. While not one of the more challenging course that I play, it is among my favorites. It is a good test of skill without being too tough. Course conditions are fantastic. Greens, fairways, rough and bunkers are properly maintained. Used to get a better price in prior years.

Tough to give a fair review of the course when it was so wet! Lots of standing water in some fairways, had to retrieve balls from casual water several times, which was a bit annoying. Hard to tell diff between fairways and rough as It didn't look like the mowers have been out for several days. Overall tho a nice layout and plenty of length from the black tees especially when no roll and wet muddy conditions.

The views are fabulous. The course is in great shape. Very good experience.

Wonderful views and great conditions. Only negative were the greens were inconsistent and substantially slower than the putting green.

Playing from second to forward tees was fun. With my 21 handicap I shot gross 90. Par three’s are very short. Par fives are reachable in regulation. Friendly staff, friendly course.

The course in general was in good condition, however the greens were a bit over watered and soft. This resulted in bumpy putting.

Great day of golf, no waiting on any hole, positive pace of play at 3:1/2 hours, course in great shape, greens ran true, holes presented a different look and challenge, nice water placement, bunkers were well maintained, resort course that will not overwhelm a competent golfer and will lead to a fine day of golf for all, food at the turn was pre ordered and hot and ready, great value for what I paid

Even with a frost delay , we still had a great time when we finally got to play and have fun with the single they paired up with us.. we will come back.. of course we will!!
