About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Decent Conditions
Overall good condition and nice layout for the course.
For $55 on Wednesday afternoon hard to beat that price.

Do not hesitate to play Lone Tree. Fantastic all the way!
Good value
Lone Tree is always a fair value for the quality of the golf. The course is in great shape, and the pace of play is good. One issue (which is not the course's fault) this last time out was the amount of ball marks on the green. So many! Maybe a gentle nudge to players by the starter to fix them would be a good idea.

Fairways, greens, and areas around the greens were really great! Fun course for a reasonable price!
Five some everywhere
Overall, nice course, and amenities.. on the day we played,, we were behind two five some! Waited on every shot/tee box. One of them was two holes behind. Bummer the allow that. They tolerate golf now, but don’t really like non members on their course.
Fun round because pace of play
The pace of play was great. Under 4 hours.
There is No rough and rough was soggy in places.
Don’t plan on a good meal
This course is the stupid, as far as ways to make money. They have a full parking lot at 5:00pm but their kitchen closes at 4:00pm, naturally you’d assume theirs lots of options and they can’t compete…..WRONG the just are lazy and stupid about making money. Just on our round alone they missed on 200$+tip dinner at 5pm woulda been gone by 7 at the latest.
Place has gone so far down hill, two years ago I played it daily at all hours staff and management was much smarter then could get a piece of food past 4:00….again FOUR O’CLOCK. Like is your food that bad you can’t have options?
Pin placement
The pin placement for all 18 holes were a joke. Many of them barely legal approx 8 feet from the fringe on many holes. Staff always very pleasant!
