About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Gives you a pretty good run
Easy to find. Parking generally good. Can’t bring carts to car. Carts with good seats ball washers and sand bottles. Water buckets for towels. Water for drinking on course. Tees good. Fairways good roughs with spongy grass. Bunkers good ball checks up when chipping to green. Greens are nice to putt played in 3:45. Prices just manageable at this time
Lonely Tree Visit
Course lay out is very nice. Good mixture of tough holes and easier short holes. Layout is great. Greens were outstanding especially for this time of year. ..fast..smooth and true
Very Nice Golf Facility
This course is recovering from over seeding so review gets a lower rating. The layout is very good except that there is a lot of room/bare areas to the left and right of most holes giving those who are inaccurate an option unfair advantage. The greens were hard and in faurly nice shape. The course was interesting is you played within the grassy areas. The range, practice areas and shop were good. A but over priced for the conditions.
Great course
Great course. Very playable. In good shape. Pace was great. Only downside was two guys in our group rented clubs, and they were nice but they were $85/set. Plus balls, both paid about $250 to play the course. This is too much for this course.
The starter was a little aggressive. When you’re out there trying to have fun and yes, keep up the pace, but at the very beginning, the lecture was a little too much.
Great course. A must play course.
This is one of the best courses that I have played. The conditions were excellent and the layout was exceptional. This course should be a must play if you are in the area.
