Course is consistently in good condition. Staff is always communicating about changes in course condition and expectations for the round. Recommend for anyone looking for a good round at a good price.

I have been playing here for almost two decades and these conditions were by far the worst I have seen. The greens were recently punched and sanded which resulted in no mowing and sprinklers were going on many holes mid morning. No prior notice was given in the pro shop though I did not check the website. Suffice it to say this foursome will not be back as the. Price points are completely out of whack for such a formerly fine venue

The course conditions did not match the price to play. Weeds and tall grass throughout, burnt grass and dirt all over the course, greens were recently aerated and were in very bad condition. Granted some tee boxes were being redone, the overall condition of the course did not warrant a $61 charge. I’ve always liked the course but this is one of the worse course conditions I’ve ever seen.

Buyer beware, conditions on the course aren’t good at the moment due to aeration. Course was too pricy considering the conditions.

I like the course but it was in very mediocre shape. The greens had been punched so you expect poor conditions there but the fairways were horrible.

I paid $70 for a course that deserved $35 max. You didn’t state the nature of the course and how bad it was I would have chose a different one.

I am a resident of the Solera, Chandler community. The Lone Tree Golf course surrounds in our community. I am embarrassed of the poor landscaping conditions of the course. There are multiple weeds in multiple areas of the whole course. The greens are not cleaned at the edges, but have the grass crawling down into the sandy areas. Most of the sandy areas are studded with dead tree limbs, weeds, dead bushes and unkempt plants. It's truly a mess. I have visited other 55+ communities that have courses, and they are nothing like this one. When I have company from out of state, they are appalled at the conditions surrounding the course. I would hope management would take a ride around the whole course and observe these areas that need attending to.

Other than a few rough spots on a few greens, course was in pretty good shape. Great value for the money.

Course kinda rough right now as they are getting ready for aerification so maintenance is being done on numerous holes. Still, for the money it's a good value. Although, it would be nice if the landscapers could stop what they were doing and let you hit. #2 had guy blowing leaves on the next tee box up from us and didn't stop. We practically had to hit over him about 25 yards in front of us.

Seems rates are raising here at the rate oas inflation,, $75 for a Sunday in June seems much higher then years past. Course is in a little tough shape they are making some upgrades to tee box’s and cart paths and that makes me feel they should be asking for too price

Course layout was great! The staff was super friendly, especially the pro shop. The signage wasn't great and the Course did not have yardage markers. But, we had a wonderful time!
