About
Located close to the San Tan Mountains, the course at the Lone Tree Golf Club offers not only a good game but also beautiful mountain views. This championship golf course was done in a traditional desert-style with rolling fairways and fast greens that are large and undulating. There are also several sand bunkers that protect both the fairways and the greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes and extensive mounding adds further challenge. The course features four sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Lone Tree Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a targeted grass range, a large putting green, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Not Worth $112.00
While Lone Tree is a decent course, the fariway lies are thin, the greens were punched and layered with sand......carts have no windshield and range balls are $10...this is not We Ko Pa and definitely not worth $112...at best a $60-$70 value during prime season
Average course
Decent course, lots of dormant grass on sides and around greens. Places where there was a lot of dirt also. Weather was cool and windy. The greens weren’t too bad but had been verticut and inconsistent. We could only get a 2:15 tee time so finished right before dark. The staff was nice outside and inside.
Hot day in march
Great company from St.Louis very nice course, lay out is mostly in front of you with very generous fairways. Enjoyable day.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Course is well maintained and greens very fast. Highly recommend this course.
Not bad for the season
The course was in good shape. Greens were well maintained. They did close the driving range at noon so no warming up. The restaurant service was very slow. Overall I would golf here again but not for the price I paid.
Best Greens in the East Valley
First time playing the course so wasn’t sure what to expect beyond other reviews I’d read. We were the 2nd group out and the single ahead of us moved fast, so our pace of play was excellent. I picked the course for our group based on reviews of the greens being solid….and they absolutely spot on! Greens were rolling true on every hole, and overall quality was best in the East Valley I’ve played in the last several months.
The track was above average with water coming into play on multiple holes. Very forgiving dry grass roughs or dirt off the fairways otherwise, so mistake shots don’t kill your round here unless it’s a water hole. The 9th and 18th holes are two of the better holes for local courses. Great course, I would return for sure.

Greens were excellent condition, thoughtthepricewas a little high for this course.
Fun course well worth the price.
Really fast greens but the were true. Very challenging par 3 the green have a lot of break to them. Will be playing again next week.
