Bear Creek Golf Complex - Bear Course

Pace of play was pretty good for the amount of golfers on the day we went (3/27/23) and a 1:59 tee time. A few small items that could improve the course would be to smooth out a few of the rutted out places. Another example would be to remove trees uprooted from a storm a few months ago. Besides that, it’s a good value, a good staff and the beer is cold at the end of the round.!

Had an excellent time playing here last week. The clubhouse had cheap drinks, friendly staff. Course was in very good condition, not great. Moderately challenging (I'm a 20 handicap).

Obviously there are some nicer courses but for what it is, this place is a steal. Highly recommend

Windy conditions made course more dificult than usual

Fairways and greens in excellent condition.

The greens and fairways were good. The rough and dirt areas were overgrown with weeds so much, you could not find ann errant ball.

I would not recommend this course.

The rates are too high for this kind of course. They start to hound you about pace of play, even when you are only about, as they say, 8 minutes behind at the halfway point.

On the plus side, the greens and fairways were in decent condition. Needs some actual sand in the bunkers.
