About
The Bear Course is one of two courses at the Bear Creek Golf Complex; it is a championship-length course while the other, the Cub Course, is an executive length course. The Bear Course is an inland, links-style course with rolling fairways and well-manicured greens. Strategically placed bunkers situated throughout the course add some challenge to the course. A round of golf on this course can be played in less than four hours. The Bear Creek Golf Complex, in addition to the two courses, also offers a full grass driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.

Frost delay caused 1.5 hours delay. Staff was nice. Course not worth the price
Bear Creek
Course is nice for sure, but overpriced by 35%. Gouging, due to high use, as the Northeners are down for Winter, and lack of local golf courses, for the numbers of golfers. Have noticed alot more novice golfers this year, which slows down play to 2.5 hours, per 9 holes on many courses in South/East Phoenix area.
Very plain
The front nine is bland
The back nine has more interesting holes
Over all pricy for what you get
Nice course
Was on a 2 hour frost delay,
Got us off 45 minutes late but part way through front nine got rushed along, couldn’t enjoy nearly as much.
Brought us Hot Dogs out to 11 hole bc had run out. Very nice people, will play again, hopefully not the same hurry up golf….
My wife and I like this course. Not super difficult, but good for us. Greens in great shape but can be challenging. Always enjoyable.
Decent course
Was cold and windy the day we played so quite a few balls were going between fairways as there’s not a lot of separation between them. Fairways and greens were in quite good shape. We paid $60 which I thought was fair but wouldn’t really pay much more for this course.
Pilots Fun
Course in good shape. Greens undulating and firm. Beer prices really reasonable. Playing partners were wonderful. Will come back next week.

Playing a year ago on this course it was in awful shape.
They must have been redoing the fairways at the time.
Just played on 1-26 , and the fairways were beautiful and course in great shape!
