Coldwater Golf Club

This course was horrible. The fairway is full of weeds and the tee boxes and greens were very patchy and bumpy.

I have played this course in the past and enjpyed the layout and conditions. It has been a while since I played and the conditions have severly deteriorated. There was no water in what were previously ponds and the greens were very spotty and bumpy. The fairways were a mix of dirt, brown grass and patches of green. Such a shame.

We love this course. They let the wife ride along if it's not busy. Some of the greens are a little rough but hopefully that will change. I recommend and will be back for sure.

Greens were horrible not well kept from fairway to greens. Tee box info were not preset in some holes without specific numbers and distance. No wonder why I only pad $30!

I have played here several times before it is normally a pretty nice course, but this time was a different story. But two players for $58 on a hot deal. Still makes this course enjoyable and is the reason I would still recommend it to a friend.

I like Coldwater and play it in the summer since it’s close to home. But the conditions of the course are not the best at the moment. Greens and tee boxes are in ok shape, but the fairways are hit and miss. You could drive it into some decent grass, but most often you’ll be in sparse grass or hard packed dirt. Bunkers are hard dirt, should just be filled in with grass.

The fact this course is cheaper that courses that are close by is amazing to me. The course, the staff is second to none. From the moment we walked in till we left was a great time.

So a par becomes a bogey because of the lack of grass on the green.

Until this course gets their greenskeeping together I’d stay far away. It’s a shame because the course layout is nice and the staff is friendly but the fairways are mainly dead grass and the “greens” aren’t even greens. Patches of dirt, weeds, dead grass etc making it almost unputtable.

Drive down the road to Sundance or another nicer course in the area and pay the slightly extra it’ll cost, you’ll thank yourself.

Course is excellent except for the putting greens... they're a little bumpy.

The name needs to be changed from “Cold Water” to “No Water”. Course is dryer than my elbow skin. Dead fairways and greens. Only places with grass growing were the overgrown tee boxes. Pace of play was excellent as barely anyone else was on the course. Was able to finish 18 in under 3 hours. Can’t expect too much tho when the round was this cheap. I will play here again if they turn the sprinklers back on.

Greens need a major rehaul. Your ball bounces like a pinball game when rolling. No true roll.

Played there a month ago and was in rough shape . T- boxes were terrible greens awful .. course was worse a month later . Golpher holes everywhere, dirt piles on the greens , worse course in west valley that I have played.

Great value for money course if you pre pay, pace of play was slower but was expected for Memorial Day. What we did not expect was a foursome I front of us to take 18 shot per person to reach the hole, I mean to each their own I’m not going to be annoyed if that’s what it takes. What did bug me was my playing partner and I had seen them clear the green and decided to play on, we both hit from about 180 yards out onto the green. Rolled up to the green to be met by 3/4 of these golfers screaming and cussing us out. I would understand if we had hit while they were on the green but they were already moving onto another hole. We apologized and they continued to come at us even at one point threatening us. We took a step back called the Marshall and the course handled it perfectly with professionalism. Could not have asked more from the course staff and the rest of our day went by smoothly.

First time playing here. We loved the layout and the staff was friendly and helpful. The greens are rough right now but hopefully that will change. For the price, it is a great place to keep up on your driver and irons. We will play it again.

Not that's it's the course responsibility to keep the pace going, but 4 hour is ridiculous. The 2 guys in front of us were terrible, no golf edicout. People if you are a beginner or just not a good golfer please let people go around you.
