Course in great shape. Just need to ask players to play at a steady pace.

The fairways were in good shape. The rough needs to be cut down a bit. Also will they ever put ball washers back up? There haven’t been any ball washers since before the pandemic.

Lots of straight holes. Maybe 2 dog legs. Not much trouble to get into besides a few sandboxes. For the price it was a great course. I love the gas powered carts as well. They get you there quick.

Fairways and greens are in pretty good shape. Just off the fairways is not very good at all. Rough definitely needs some love or a changeover to desert conditions. Layout offers plenty of room off the tees but doesn’t provide a lot of memorable holes.

First and foremost, the average pace of play states four and a half hours to complete the course. As we finished the front nine in 2 hours we were told we needed to pick up our pace, then again at the fourteenth hole we were told to hurry. We finished the course in four hours and fifteen minutes. We were on pace the entire time, and were not ok with being rushed and treated as if we were not moving adequately. On top of that the entire course was riddled with mosquitoes and knats to the point of not being able to concentrate on any swing, from tee off to putting.

Power lines everywhere. Very slow play, up to 3 groups per tee box. Greens are very slow. Everything outside the fairways looks terrible. No cart available and no one to load them up when they were. Starter even asked if we wanted to tee up a little early while we were standing holding our golf bag in one hand and a range balls bucket in the other. Bring your cash to avoid the 2.9% upcharge if paying with a credit card.
