Very fair conditions.. I look forward to playing again

Can’t complain too much about a $32 round. Finished the round just under 4hrs (happy about that), and that was playing with 2 beginners. I’ve seen the course in better conditions but it wasn’t bad. Got crap from a little privileged, snarky, pouty faced kid to play faster but F him. Would have let them play through if it he didn’t try to stare me down. Wasn’t the courses fault. Some people’s kids…

Overall Coldwater was a great course for a beginning group. The only thing we had trouble with was finding the next hole. Some of the markers were missing the number and info on the hole you were at. So that was a bit confusing when you hit a fork in the road with two holes next to each other. Good thing we found an experienced “regular” player who politely guided us in the right direction.

The course was well maintained, staff was amazing, and will definitely come back!

Fairways and green are good. Half the tee boxes need to be better maintained. I see some trash on the course. Not enough trash cans. Trash need to be emptied throughout the day. The trash is spilling out. No sand to fill divots. Check other golf carts. All containers were empty. Brought it to their attention last time i played. I want to be proud to call Coldwater my home course. What happened to the cart GPS? Things were getting better. Lots of good changes. I don't understand the relapse. Dont want to go back to the Coldwater.if three years ago. Praying for better days.

Went to golf with some buddies first time out there I was warned about pace of play, but didn’t pay any mind as I’m someone who goes to see for myself. Front 9 we would meet the group in front of us as they were leaving the Tee box wasn’t bad but once we hit the back nine we pull up and there was 3 groups waiting. Ranger came out at some point didn’t help anything. Once I decided I didn’t want to wait 15 mins every hole I left. Turns out there were two 2 somes and the second group was waiting for them to finish the hole. Don’t think we will be showing up there anymore.

Played here a dozen times in the past 5 years. Took 1.5 years away since last time. This time is still trash! Gophers/prarrie dogs everywhere! Wholes and weeds all over nearly twisted my ankle on #1 tee box.

nothing redeeming nothing worth showing up for. Inside staff was nice but where is the pride in ownership.

Everything is sub par!

The pace of play was horrible, we waited for the group in front of us on every hole, they were hitting more than one ball each, had no concept of pace of play, etiquette or ready golf. The ranger came around several times and did nothing. The course is so cheap they removed all the GPS on the golf carts for the summer and the snack bar was closed at 2:00 when players were still on the course.

Fairway could have been in better condition. Greens were well kept

It was my first time playing here. The course is cool, lotsa wildlife :) Staff is really nice. Wasn't over crowded. I'd definitely play here again.

Worst hot dog I have ever consumed. It was sitting in with the bun on it so the bun was literally soaking wet.

Staff is super friendly and always diligent to help out!

Could use more water in cleaners on course also only a few trash cans that were over following.. pace of play was really slow. Even back up in pars 5s

Course goes out and back between thousands of stucco cookie cutter HOA houses, just like a hundred others in PHX. It looks kinda questionable with all the dirt and dust off either side - but it plays fine. Fairway grass was no problem, greens rolling true, a touch fuzzy but that's fine with me. Most of the fairways are mounded on the sides and funnel the pall to the middle, very forgiving. 5+ HR round though. Super slow day right after a tournament - no starter - a few slow pairs that ought have been put together into a group. Decent value for cheap golf.
