Pro shop and check-in in disarray. Course and personal not what it used to be.

Course was in very good condition. Fairways and Greens where both well maintained. An open layout. If hitting driver strait, you should find the Fairway. Greens were challenging, a lot of holes on top on a ridge. Enjoyable to play.

My wife and I played a round and had an enjoyable time. Course was in good condition and the staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely play again. Greens were fast. The only negative was the cart procedure. They disperse one cart at a time, so a little bit of a wait on the weekend. Overall, though would definitely recommend and will play again.

We got there, they had no carts. There was people standing in line, waiting to get a cart so they could start their round. We had to start 20 minutes later than our tee time. Alloted and we weren't able to finish the course.

Limited carts. Unless you have a morning T time you will not get a cart. This is a problem because GOLF NOW SELLS T TIMES WITH A CART. Many people showing up to play requested a refund. that has to be submitted through Golf Now by the pro shop. You get refunded in 5 days. There needs to be a meeting between GN and this club on what they are actually able to provide. The course also offered a reschedule instead of refund.

If you know you dont have carts, or tee time is backed up for a few hours. There should be some sort of communication to your customers. I recommended this course to some friends who traveled 45 mins away to find out that they were delayed 2 hours bc of not enough carts and a frost delay. I get the frost delay but the cart situation has been going on too long. Invest in push carts if you’re carts that you charge ppl online for are never available.

Course needs some brush removal before it gets busy. Their longtime GM has left. .Remains to be seen if improvements to the cart problem will be taken. Affordable merch in the pro shop would be appreciated. I’ve been a member for over ten years. Greens and pin placement make this course very challenging. The staff is great and does all they can to make your experience good. The jury is still out on whether the food service was worth the 2 year wait to open. One exception is the all you can eat fish night. Give Sundance a try and make your own decision to return. I’ve played with many first timers and they seem to like it , if they haven’t had to wait for a cart. Enjoy.

I have played this course a number of times when in the Phoenix area. Great value for the $$ and the course is always in good shape for the amount of play. My only complaint this year is/was the condition of the driving range, which was terrible. Would recommend.

No time management , people cutting infront others. No one there to manage the course. Awful experience. Tee time was at 11:54 , didn’t tee off until 2pm
