I'm an intermediate golfer..
who does play regularly but am 74 years old so I can't quite hit as I used to.
The course was in great shape and the holes where challenging. It was difficult getting a round before 2pm and ours was 12:40.
As one that has a membership to a country club, I am always aware of slow play. However, the panic pushing by the group behind us was quite irritating. Maybe because everyone wanted to beat the sun.
Anyway, for what it's worth, I've been trying to get back on ever since my round so I guess that's as strong a review as I can give it

Quick check in , on time tee time, everyone was freindly and competent. Way better than some higher price courses that I have played like Westin Mission Hills. On par with the PGA course I played. Excellent value.

Beautiful course in a dramatic setting in the lion desert. Course is as challenging as you want to make it. Elevation changes and very fast undulating greens increase the challenge. Lack of a refreshment cart was surprising and disappointing. Some holes are very close to the housing making for challenges and potential for damage on wayward shots. Clubhouse was convenient and pleasant. Starter was not as pleasant but that could be due to our late in the day tee time.

Mostly positive.
Surprised to find no refreshment cart person in course. Staff friendly pace of play was slower than expected. Course in great shape and views are spectacular.
Greens are fast and undulating. I would definitely recommend coming here to play.
