The course is in horrible condition. They act like they are 5 star but they are not. To pay the price ,go somewhere else. The fairways are dirt.

In kind of a rough shape. But one can have a game with a little adjustment of your lies. Greens were fair and putable

Great layout but this course needs work. $30 a round I’d play again for sure. They are making improvements but it is a long way from being back to where it was just 7-8 years ago.

The course is in rough shape - lots of bare spots and greens were just so-so. Too bad because I really love the layout - different course for Florida. Very little water and lots of hills and elevation changes.

Was told by staff before I booked that course was in good shape, but not at all. Fairways were more dirt and sand than grass. Greens were not cut or rolled and had very little grass on them. Collars were horrible and flooded out I guess. Greens were extremely bumpy and very difficult to putt. Paid $57 thinking it would be worth it but it was not.

Not the first time playing, but likely will be last for awhile. Not sure if the superintendent forgot there was a golf course there but it sure looks like it. Barely any grass in fairways or green and where there was, it was dead. Greens were bare and bumpy. Fairways were nonexistent and in rough shape. Great course to practice sand shots because they were in great shape.

The work on the course is paying off. The only hole I think that probably needs a lot more love is hole #5. Great start to making it nice again. Keep up the good work. Clubhouse great service & food.

I always love getting on this course. The layout is so much fun and it feels like I’m getting away into the country for a round of golf. Holes 12-15 are amazing.

Great layout, but the fairways were not in good shape. The greens were better than the last time, but need water.

Have played there many many times over the years and it's been getting worse and worse this time basically unplayable fairways bad greens bad nothing good to say about it

This golf course is the worst golf course I ever played. I played there many many times. The owner does not care anymore at worse terrible I had asked for the money back they had told me to call the booking agent where I booked my teatime and I did they I got a free round of golf

Poor conditions throughout. I’ve heard this was a great golf course at one time. Used to lure potential buyers into the community. Once lots were sold, the developer pulled the plug on maintenance, then sold to a new owner who can’t/won’t maintain it. So it has gone downhill for 5 years straight. Needs $millions to revive. Would love to see a new buyer invest. I’m sure the community would support.

The greens are poorly maintained. The fairways were as much sand as grass. Some traps had no rakes. A great layout that needs a lot of TLC. The round is not worth what is being charged for its condition. A shame for sure, but the expectation drops when you check in at the restaurant bar. Hard to believe there is no pro shop.

We really love this course and the layout. Unfortunately, Florida has been rather dry and the fairways and greens were like concrete. It’s still a very challenging course. If you decide to play it the greens are super fast under current conditions!

Played this course pre-Covid and love the layout and challenge of the course. Beautiful surroundings, lots of sand, but hilly and fun to play. UNFORTUNATELY, apparently, they have failed to maintain the course like it was 3 years ago. Hardly any grass on the fairways...and the greens are extremely rough and need a great deal of work. The guys in my group that played today said "we dont need to come back here to play from Daytona, until they put the course back in resonable condition@!

Sad to see a lovely course fall into disrepair.

Tees, fairways, bunkers, greens, practice areas all on absolutely terrible shape. I get the feeling that the owner is using the course to launder money.
