Twilight round
The course was in great shape, but the greens were really covered in ball marks. It literally looked like nobody had fixed ball marks in days.

Zero Concern for Pace
This is a very nice course, but the last time I will play here. Course of this level should at least make an attempt to Marshall records. There’s absolutely no concern for foursomes either one and a half or two holes behind. I keep trying to give it another chance and I keep being disappointed.

Incredible golf track
Stonewall is so beautiful. The course is challenging, with narrow fairways and slippery greens, and several LONG par 3's over trouble. The challenge is definitely worth is as the course is pretty immaculate. Definitely worth the long drive from DC.

Most Excellent
Haven't played Stonewall Golf Course since I moved from the area 9 years ago. It was one of the best courses in the area back then & in 2023 still is one o0f the best courses in the area. lots of beautiful views of Lake Manassas. Conditions were just fine. It's just too bad that the golfers who play the course don't take the effort to repair their divots & ball marks on the greens.

Beautiful Everything
The course was in terrific shape. Only need golfers to repair ball marks. My hand still hurts from all the ball marks I fixed; about 5 on each hole! Notwithstanding, greens rolled true and were consistent. Tees were great. Fairways immaculate. Add all that to stunning vistas of forest and Lake Manassas and the awesome homes lining the fairways, and you have a gem!
