PGA WEST Greg Norman Course

Even though the course was challenging and the green were very fast, we greatly enjoyed our round. The course was in perfect shape, with wide fairways and everything green. It was hard to recover from bad shots, but I guess I probably have hit so many of them. Would definitely play here again.

Beautiful course, nice layout. Bunkers are quite deep definitely something to stay out of. Fairways were in excellent shape as well as the greens.

Golf range was closed at noon. This was the second time that I could not hit any balls to warm up. Management issue???

Played just after the intercollegiate event. Conditions were excellent all around. Had perhaps the best pre-round hamburger of my life at Wallaby’s. Take note - the carts do not come equipped with GPS, but on the plus side, you can drive them just about anywhere on the course.

Love fast greens. Several other courses in the area had awful fairways due to weather. These were fantastic.

in spite of being told there were 103 sand traps on the course, we loved it. the fairways were like a carpet - perfect. the greens were fast and true. The pace of play was relaxing but not slow. The desert didn't give back many balls but that's on me: shouldn't have been there. Likely one of the best courses we've played and would play again when we return.

Great course, fairways in great shape, greens roll out nicely! Great range and chipping area. Large putting area to a feel for the speed of the greens.

Got a hot deal for two groups and teed off around 1:30. Finished just as the sun set. Course was in perfect shape. Fairways were like carpet and the greens rolled true. Staff inside pro shop and restaurant were so friendly and respectful. Only complaint was the Marshall was constantly on us the entire back 9 even though we were waiting on the group in front. Maybe he was having a bad day, not sure. Can’t complain too much when it’s sunny, 65 degrees, and on a course like this.

Beautiful course, with plenty of room off the tees. Typical Norman design. Plenty of challenges, but very playable. Fairways were excellent, but greens were top dressed with lots of sand and seed. Very bumpy and not great, but playable. Rolled true, but inconsistent, with some slow and others quicker. Tees were quite hairy but flat, and it didn’t matter much because of being able to tee it up. Pace of play was poor, as it took almost 5 hours to play .We did manage to finish, but was tough to see for the last two holes. Overall, very nice course and fun to play .Would recommend , but give yourself plenty of time to finish.

The pins should be color coded for distance Red front White middle Yellow back.

Always a favorite for us to golf when we can find an affordable price. Staff are friendly and helpful and the course is in fantastic condition; especially partial to the fast and true greens.
