Cimarrone Golf Club

Love the course layout. They got new carts the day I golfed. Gps monitor, Bluetooth speakers built in. Only issue was the greens. Very slow. Made long putts a bit of a challenge.. It looks like the course is investing in improvements.

Greens are incredibly slow and some are in poor condition. Fairways and rough are good to above average.

Course was in good condition. Greens were in awful condition. Super long still and sandy not sure if they recently too dressed would update if so. Still had dead spots on some greens and could see a lot of patches.

the course was in rel. good conditions. Many of the greens need improvement. Some tee boxes are rough. Staff is great. We had power cart issues, replacement was there in 10 minutes. Overall a very good day. Price was unbeatable.

I’ve always liked the course layout - it’s tight and fairly unforgiving, which makes it an enjoyable challenge. But at least half the greens are in bad shape right now (mostly the back 9). I think I would consider them “under repair” however that distinction wasn’t advertised by the club. In their defense, it would appear they are actively working to improve them. Investment is definitely being made in other areas of the golf club and neighborhood. But I think they need to either ramp-up investment on their greens improvement plan, or offer a discount of sorts, to compensate for the terrible putting conditions. I would normally recommend this course as a solid value for anyone in the area, but not in its current condition and price.

Sadly, the greens are just poor. Not fair, poor.

They show signs of repair and sanding, but playability is really impacted. It's a shame because this aa really great layout, with every shot in your arsenal called for.

Very nice clubhouse, friendly staff, and the price (on Hot Deal) is actually worth taking the hit for conditions when the rest of the courses in this corridor are getting just ridiculous pricing.

Let's get these greens in shape and get Cimarrone back on the regular rotation!

Love the layout and amenities but about 75 percent of the greens are covered in sand. Give it a couple of weeks and should be great.

Greens were horrible. They put a LOT of money into this place and they WERE on the way back from being terrible...BUT - whatever they did to the greens ruined them AGAIN. The pace of play was brutal - to be fair we were behind an outing of 16...BUT instead of 4 4 somes...they played as 4 threesomes and a foursome. Strange in deed.

Course is on the comeback, fairways are in good condition , greens are and have been worked on and are get better .

Challenging track with lots of water. Greens were in horrible shape. I won’t be back for a while until they can restore the greens.

Majority of greens were in poor shape. Lots of sand on greens and very inconsistent.

First time playing Cimarrone in eight months. The course is in very nice condition. Some of the greens are still a bit spotty, but they are working hard to get them back and it's paying off. Twelve of the 18 greens are good with the remaining six still coming along, but they are puttable and should continue to improve. Will definitely be back because it is one of the most challenging courses in JAX.

This is is a terrific course. We love to play it.

The greens were not in good shape on some of the holes. They look to be completing routine maintenance. Overall it is a great course to play.

All around great course and staff. A few greens need a little work but still much better than others I've played on.
