Designed by David Postlethwait, Cimarrone's manicured course conditions and challenging design provide a fun, player-friendly experience for players of all abilities. Beginners will enjoy Cimarrone's well-defined fairways and magnificent greens. Advanced players will appreciate numerous risk-reward opportunities provided by strategically placed bunkers and a water or marsh feature on every hole. A total of 17 lakes surround the golf course.

Needs some maintenance

Cimarrone has been one of my favorite courses. It has some very beautiful holes. Water can be in play on just about every hole but the fairways are generous. Overall it is challenging but playable. I hadn’t played in a while so the course conditions this week was a shock. The greens were in terrible condition. Some had barely any grass, some had an obvious disease and some were in pretty good condition. The same could be said of the tee boxes. I really like this course and hope that the above issues are on someone’s “to do list”. I look forward to playing Cimarrone again and writing a more positive review.

The new owner has really improved the conditions on this course. It was unplayable a few months ago. It's in great shape now. One green was still unacceptable, but it is clear they are working on it. Overall, there has been a ton of work put into this course. I used to play here a lot. I think I will have to start playing here a lot again! Thank you, Cimarrone and please keep up the improvements.

Not at all worth the $50 price on a Tuesday morning. Conditions are terrible, the maintenance rams into our cart spilling fertilizer and not the decency for an “I’m sorry”. Much better places to go for the price. Should be no more than $30.

It’s almost back

Played Cimarrone this week for the first time in eight months because it went downhill. As of November 2, 2022, Cimarrone is almost back. Course was in good shape, greens were firm and rolled well. Cimarrone will be a regular stop for me again.
