Beautiful and quiet.

Amazing although difficult course. Generally not too busy but you need the energy to deal with the hills. My new favourite course.

Disappointing pace of play

Course was in good condition, well kept and greens were rapid, off course amenities were ok disappointing of no pro shop and practice area could do with a bit of a makeover. The big let down today was pace of play as they also had on a competition day, we were stuck behind a 3 ball who wouldn’t let us play through and because of that we were standing waiting up to 10 minutes on tee boxes and waiting to hit shots as holes were quite short we couldn’t even hit driver Incase of them getting to close to green so wasted the full day as we walked off on 14th hole because it had took us close to 3 hours to get to that point very disappointing and waste of a journey

Well kept course

The course is great love the holes at the top of the hill

There just crazy play them 100 times you won’t play the same way twice

25c club house was open at 12pm

Wanting a cold drink at 4pm it was closed

But way of the world just now

Local shop just down the rd

Campsie Golf

Another really enjoyable afternoon of golf played with good course conditions.

Stunning views on most holes with a mixture of course conditions to suit all.

Beautiful course at the foot if the Campsies

Lovely scenic course, in good shape with pretty challenging greens. Quite hilly.

Good course

good course - tiny greens and dead ground everywhere - its a shift getting round the 18 as the majority of its uphill - midweek the clubhouse is shut so no staff or anything to greet you just walk on when ur ready

Wednesday Sunny afternoon

First visit to Campsie Golf Club

No staff available on arrival. Spoke with fellow golfer who advised on course layout.

Course was tough for beginner me and on a slope. Fairways and greens very good. I lost a lot of balls in the rough, long grass, jaggy nettles prevented me from finding them.

Overall enjoyed and completed all the 18 holes

Hidden gem.

Don’t let the scorecard lull you into a false sense of security! A great course set on undulating terrain below the Campsie Fells. Lots of blind shots and hanging lies, together with the small and sloping greens, and a gusting breeze, made for a challenging test.

Quirky

Course in good condition albeit greens needing attention.First half dozen holes are hard going as they’re uphill however after this there are several lovely quirky holes before the brilliant par 3 17th. Definitely worth playing in summer.

Campsie G.C.

Great course . Weather was perfect. Course was dry making things much easier underfoot. Very hilly so be prepared for calf-burn. Distance between some holes was tricky particularly between 15 & 16. Our first time here but would definitely play again but maybe hire a buggy!

Course was in very good condition, tee boxes & fairways etc perfect other than greens just been cored & sanded which made it difficult but would assume will be good come a couple of weeks. Other than that no complaints but would recommend a buggie especially for the distance from 15th to 16th!

Campsie course

Played campsie golf course with a friend on Saturday. Course was in great condition despite the recent weather. Greens were quick as well. The backdrop of the campsie hills is what makes this course.
