Recreation Park 9 Golf Course

Got the 540 tee time. Great course. Solid fairways. Best in the area for the price imo. The 7th tee gives great opportunities for some amazing pics and videos. Especially if you can get there before 720

Greens had been punched about a week ago and were still very uneven. Also tee boxes are in bad shape.

Very disappointing course. Started off badly that even though the Golf Now reservation said “Cart Included” the pro shop person said it wasn’t and said that was a known issue with Golf Now. So we had to pay to have a cart even though it was supposed to be included. The condition of the course was awful, fairways were almost the same length as the rough, tons of divots in the geeens, and extremely bumpy grass. Couple holes where you couldn’t see the flag from the fairway due to hills. One hole the green was moved to the fairway. There’s a lot better options out there for less money.

This course shut down 3 greens to remove and replace the greens with brand new ones. During this process they made terrible temporary greens that cut the hole distances in half. These were already par 3 holes no more than 150 yards. They finally open the greens and they are worst than before. One is already closed again for who knows what.

This is a fun and typically nice 9 hole. But whatever they are doing to their greens it’s terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Fairways grass cut good condition, greens in good condition will play here again I will tell a friend

The course is usually in great shape and fun to play. Pace of play is good. To be fair, 3 of 9 greens were under maintenance, hence, I gave the “course condition” 2 stars. I am more annoyed at the fact we were not made aware of 3 marginally unplayable holes.

The greens on three holes looked perfect, yet, we had to play temporary greens. Horribly bumpy for putting. I will call first before booking this course again to find out if there are any temporary greens.
