Value for the money, great! . Greens recently punched. We were two behind a slow foursome who never offered to let us play through and went back to another hole after 18 and continued to play. Apparently the cart guy knew this was common. 1st tee Ambassador great.

On a hot day the course was in good shape. Lot’s of birdies and pars. It would be a great idea to bring your own water and snacks.

Tried again 3 years later, but still slow rounds
Staff are very friendly, course in good shape… but the pace of play is painful. Booked time was 1:40, actual teed off at 2:15… finished at 7:30. That includes the whole group in front of us bowing out of the round after 14th hole. Otherwise would have been 5 1/2 hours.
