Golfer Reviews
fun course if you are in no rush and don’t really care about perfect greens or even decent fairways. pretty run down but it has potential. staff seem overworked by covid regulations and could probably use alittle more staffing but overall would give the course another shot.
Fun layout
It’s enjoyable because there are eke around changes in the front 9. The 10th us a great par 3. Lot of fun hikes. Fairways are a bit beaten up with inconsistent lies.
Small Green
This course is playable except for the postage stamp greens. So plan on either hitting your number on the dot on your irons. Iif not your chipoing. The fairwys are not in good shape. The grass is uneven and there are bald spots
The best I have seen it in a while
I like CW and used to play often until the greens were poorly maintained. The course is moderate when you play from the blues due to the distance but much easier from the whites. The fairways were in good shape and the greens were the best I have seen there in the last 7 months. I walked 9 holes for twilight and got a very good work out due to the elevation changes.
Nice course but a little pricey
When I booked online it had two prices on the web page-$33.00 and $44.00.(Golf Now). After everything was said and done. I chose to use a golf cart and that was a extra $15.00 a head. Total green fees with a golf cart was $60.00. The greens were in nice condition. Pace of play was ok. Very slow on the back nine. There wasn’t enough bathrooms or working ones on the course. I remember one odd house and two at the clubhouse. We paired up with a nice group of guys. We all had a great time. But it was kind of expensive!
Amazing Day
For once in my lifetime i got this course with NOBODY out in front of our group!! We tee’d off at 11:30am on a Friday also!! Covid 19 scared everyone away today!!!! Greens were a little slow , but still nice!! Miracle Dream Round being able to play in Rhythm!!! Fired a sweet 77.. I recommend it ...
Not Bad at All
Tee times are so hard to get right now during Covid-19 that I've played this course about 3 times in the last month. The course is maintained pretty good, staff is very friendly, pace of play isn't bad and the course is challenging along the way. Try it if you haven't ~
Tuesday Round
Pace of play was good, 4 he round. Greens were decent, but fairways was very dry with lots of bald spots
Very organized
Everyone is spaced out very well. Great customer service. Tee times are on time and well organized especially for a Sunday.
Recommendable Course
The play pace and course layout are good. I'd like to play again. This course reminds me of most golf courses in San Diego country where rough is tough to get out of it. There are some dirts in the fairway. IF they place "under repair" signs for obviously unplayable areas, I am willing to rate with 5 stars. In particular, rough around greens are not normal where you should make really skillful shots to make a ball onto a green near a pin. Unusually fluffy!!! Poor scores stem from your bad shots, NOT from the course condition. A little challenging course. It is a key to a good score to make your ball land in the fairway, Thoughtful play is required.
