Cinnabar Hills Golf Club - Lake/Canyon

Very interesting course to play on. Every hole is different and requires different clubs tee off. A good course to practice course management.

We made a reservation as a 2-some and arrived in time to hit a few balls and then putt for 10 minutes. Heard our name called while walking to putting area....and the starter said we HAD to go out right away (early) with another 2-some...'so that it would free our scheduled tee time in case a foursome arrived late'. I think that risk is on the business, not the customer. C'mon, Cinnabar Hills!!

Gave staff an average rating for it seemed the pro shop was under staffed and hurried.

The three nines are always in great shape. Green are smooth and fast. Fairways have grass on them at this time of year. Working GPS on all the carts is great. Its great that all three nines come back to the snack shack. I do enjoy playing this course.

Played in wetter conditions but course was handling the water very well. Greens were in great shape rolling well. Challenging carries off the many elevated tee with wide landing areas. Clubhouse display of golf legends and trophies was extensive and fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Cinnabar consistently provides a great value and a great experience. Course is challenging but fair, i.e not target golf. You can recover from a less than stellar shot most times. Green are large with undulations and are rolled nicely with good speed. I was paired with a husband/wife pair and it was a great time.

Cinnabar Hills is somewhat challenging with a variety of hole types among three-nine hole layouts. The greens are generous in size, but tricky. Fairways are generally wide. Several holes require carry to reach the fairway. I've played Cinnabar Hills many times over the past 5 years and have always found the conditions good.

This is a great course that I highly recommend. The scenery, design and condition are the highlights. The back tees are 6600-6900, depending on the particular combination of nines (27 holes total), but many of the holes require precise tee shots and/or layups. The par threes are all extremely challenging. The greens are large, lots of character, fast and extremely true. The staff are professional and friendly. Great experience

Perhaps the best non private golf course in thr Bay Area. Best greens for sure.

Course can be pricey at times but with three 9 hole layout the pace of play is always good. One of the best public courses in sj area.

Need to hit drives well and play out of bunkers. Coarse is well kept, gps on the carts( a must in my opinion), and if your playing the canyon coarse bring a camera for a priceless view.

played this course for the first time and had a relaxed game.
since i'm from germany and came w/o my clubs i had to rent which was unreasonable expensive (35 $).

I enjoyed this course with discounted price to 38$ after 2PM.

Course is beautiful and in great condition. Greens are fast and difficult

Green is maintained well, speed was quite fast. But tee boxes were needed maintained more.

For being December, this course was well kept and a great challenge. Great Tee Boxes, Fairways Clean, Hazards prepped, and the Greens were just wonderful. Would play here anytime, any day.

Have played course several times, always have liked the condition
and layout. I would love to play more often and I will if I continue to
get a the price I have gotten from GolfNow.
Fairways, greens and sand are well maintained, greens have good
speed and are very challenging. Course knowledge is very helpful
on this trac.

This course is one of the best course we can enjoy the view from the course. From some of the hole on the hill, we can see the whole view of 27 holes. It's really nice! The course is also enjoyable, challenging enough.

I like all three 9's here but Canyon and Mountain are favorites. Really nice course but always seems to be a little attitude in the pro shop... maybe they don't like golf.now customers...

Friendly and efficient staff. Teed off right on time. Met some nice folks and spent a fun afternoon. The course is challenging and fun and conditions of fairways and greens were superb. I look forward to playing it again..
