Crescent Pointe Golf Club

Course was in fair condition with good greens. Overall, very playable and enjoyable. New ownership over the past year and headed in the right direction. The track itself is an awesome Arnold Palmer so tons of potential here. Very fairly priced for the current conditions, so try this track while you can before the rates increase in a couple years when the conditions are pristine. Starters, cart attendant, and clubhouse manager were all super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend

Excellent, under new management at this time and significant improvements are being made. Greens are in excellent shape. Fairways and teeboxes are improving and are absolutely playable.

The course was noticeably improved since playing three ago. Palmer courses are challenging but fair. I’ll be back.

New owners making improvements to the course, which had been left ugly by previous owners. Greens in good shape and roll true. Lots of laughs playing with three local members during and after the round.

I think it is well known that Crescent Pointe had deteriorated over the years but under new ownership it appears to be making a comeback. Improvements were evident in the overall course condition, which, although not perfect was certainly playable. Greens were not fast but were filled in and ran true. The teeing ground was not great but hey, you get to tee the ball up! A member told me there are plans to sod all the tee decks. I was surprised that there were no balls available for the range. Apparently the ‘picker’ hadn’t been out but I managed to scrounge enough balls from the chipping area to get in a decent warm up. Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely play Crescent Pointe again.

Course in poor shape. Many tees and fairways in poor shape. No grass on them

Took 51/2 hrs to play by 4 experienced golfers. Marshall on the course did not move slow players along.

Will not go back.

Searched for Charleston golf courses. This was listed and we booked it only to find it was 2 hours away. We couldn’t have made the tee time sono called the course to cancel. They told me to call GolfNow. GolfNow has no way to get a refund for this scenario. Won’t ever use GolfNow again.

Everything was very good a lot of work has been done to course this year and it shows ..it will look even better in a few months. Staff were also great.

I played as a single and was able to play 18 in 2.5 hours because 4 groups let me play through. Some challenging holes with plenty of water hazards. Fair course and greens. Helps to have played it before.

Great course love the layout! They are putting a ton of work into the course, it definitely shows. Looking forward to playing again, new bunker on #9 looks great along with the new grass on #1 tee.
