About
The Links at Greenfield Plantation combines a rare mix of championship golf with affordability surrounded by a breathtaking natural environment. This is a course that calls for deliberate club selection as it weaves through beautiful marshes and under bridges, punctuated only by sparkling lakes and large bunkers surrounding undulating greens. Four sets of tees determine your challenge. The new clubhouse features a snack bar and well-stocked pro shop. A courteous staff is available to see to all your golfing needs. Located just two miles east of I-75, Exit 220 in Bradenton, The Links is just minutes away from St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota.

Great
Best public course in Bradenton. Greens and tee boxes are great. Fairways are good.
Great layout. Will play again.
Slow round
Played a 6 hour round here. Also beverage cart and half way house close at 4pm????
Not great conditions but overall playable if you dont mind a slow round and sharing carts with strangers.
Very pleasant round
Started with friendly check in then very nice round on time . Course a bit dry but so is the rest of the area courses. Lots of water but GPS on the cart warns you ! Greens are a bit slow but every hole consistent . Overall very pleasant round
Early start was OK
Third group off at 7:15AM. Don’t know how the first group could even see their shots since it was still dark. While waiting I heard the staff sharing that the course was “terribly overbooked”. I’m glad we got out when we did as I can see how this tract will quickly back up with 7-8 minute times. The course was just in OK condition. The greens were very bumpy, incredibly slow and apparently the patrons have never seen a ball mark that needed fixing. The tee boxes had weeds that had grown above the other grass so there was a challenge to find an even spot on the tee. Bottom line is that it is in rough shape but priced accordingly.
Pro Shop Staff
Got there the other day and messed up my tee time and arrived 2hrs early. I was a single and notice that it wasnt busy so I figured they would probably help me out and accommodate me. The starter I met said no problem I will be able to get you out. Went inside and told them what I did and what the starter said and the person stated your have Golfnow and its stated check in 15min. Before tee time and then another guy behind the counter said if you went through our reservation system we could help you get out early. I asked again you cant help me and I ha e to wait almost 2hrs to check in and they stated rudely yea.
I told them that professionalism Lacks and I will never come back to play your golf course again I called golf now cancel my tee time which I could do as a member. People in the Pro Shop are very rude, don't go and play there.
Very nice course overall
I am a snowbird and have played a lot of courses this winter. There are a few that I would come back to and this is one of them. There are a few holes that play adjacent or the main road and it distracts from the overall course.

Great course!
Overall the course was fantastic! Tees were beautiful , fairways were great to hit from and greens were rolling true! Hairy first cut off the greens was a welcome change from the normal tight lies we are used to off the greens here in Florida. Water all over the place made the blue tees quite the challenge!

Greens
Greens a bit slow and a little bumpy. Could blame it on a lot of play late in the day but they were so hard I don’t feel like that is the cause.

Obviously you dont know me and I didn't arrive in the morning and try to sneak out early. It was already afternoon. And you stating that if I booked it thru your personal system there wouldn't be a problem getting me out. Ya Ok. And both of you behind the counter were short and your demeanor was just short of ignorant. I dealt with it all my life so I know the difference you guys need to work on your customer skills.
This is not about rudeness in any way. You cant buy the 2:36 hot deal from golf now, then show up in the morning when the rates are double and expect to be put out as a single in the middle of season. You were treated respectfully. You just tried to do the (absurdly) early sneak out on the twilight rate, and it didn’t workout for you.
