Course was in good shape
Debris from hurricane not in play
Played as a threesome and finished in less th an 4 hours
Played well
So over all a great day
Great Cobdition ?
The attendant in pro shop said the course is in great condition ! Haha the fairways and tee boxes were overgrown and the greens were terrible ! Slowest and worst greens I’ve ever played !
Very nice afternoon round
Great relaxed afternoon including an eagle and an alligator. Course in very good shape, green maybe a bit slow . Some tee boxes under repair, but already plain under the sand. Love the layout with lots of water and tons of birds.
Good track for the price tag
The Links at Greenfield Plantation offers a fair test of golf for intermediate to more skilled golfers. From the black tees this course is long especially 7 & 8 on front 9.
The fairways and bunkering also help to present uneven lies and tough tests for those who don’t hit it in the correct position.
Beautiful but….
Nice place nice layout but greens were
Very slow. We teed off mid morning so greens should have been cut. All in better then average shape just very very slow.
Will try again.
green fairways
bey nice course for the money!! staff is good course is awesome greens are true!!
Staff
Golf course was in pretty good shape. With the exception of the lady in the bar area and beverage lady some the most bitter people I have ever met. I remember know why I do go visit this golf course much. Since new ownership it has been this way so the problem probably comes from the top. Check yourself owner you may be the problem.

Sorry you had a bad experience. There is no new ownership group. The same family has been in place for 12 plus years, and many of our employees have been there a long time. Friendliest staff in town. Please see other reviews for a better description of our course and wonderful employees.
Nice Links course
This course is well maintained. Challenging enough for the avis golfer but forgiving enough for the casual golfer as well. Hazards on every hole, we'll laid out. A few homes p pretty close to the area of play, but avoidable if you manage course correctly. Overall a great experience whenever I play.
Golf
Greens in fairways are in very good shape considering all the rain that they've had there were only a few wet spots in some parts of the fairways. I would always recommend this course they do a fine job of keeping it up to date.
Terrible staff.
I personally would not recommend this course to anybody. I had a tee time for 0940 for just myself. I arrived at 0 920. Once I dropped off my clubs went inside and paid I got back to the cart. The cart guy / starter said I had to wait for another group before I could go out. He ended up sending a group of eight at my time 09:40. I ended up waiting until about 10:20 for the next group to show up and for him to partner me up with somebody. When I easily could have gone out before the group of eight. So I ended up waiting 40 minutes after my tee time to even start playing. While I was waiting the guy was extremely rude to the group that he was partnering me up with. I have never been forced to wait 40 minutes after my tee time to be partnered up with somebody as a solo.
Of course itself was really badly flooded and beat up. The cart lady was nice but the selection was very slim. Even the guy at the clubhouse where I was paying was not very friendly. I 100% not recommend this course to anybody.
8-24-24 Greens were recently punched. Heavily sanded and got tons of rain before we went. It should have been closed for all the repairs. Almost needed to chip on the greens to putt.
The links at Greenfield Plantation.
Excellent course
Well manicured.
Challenging with lots of water.
To anyone else reading this review, our amazing staff were able to open the course up 48 hours after a direct hit from a hurricane, and this golfer took time out of his day to leave a 1 star review on speed of greens. Amazing. Maybe the most thoughtless review I have ever read. Please see other reviews for a better description of our conditions and staff. And if you are out on the course, thank these men for the hard work they did clearing out all of the downed trees, and getting things prepared so quickly for our awesome customers. The entire family at The Links At Greenfield Plantation respect and admire the Maintenance crew for the incredible work they do 365 days per year.
