Eagle Trace Country Club

I was lucky to get on. The conditions were ideal. Played the whites, the blues were not much longer, but on the course they would have been much more challenging with longer forced carry over water. Speaking of water, the greens rolled well and if you went off on the wrong side, there was water. Could not stay for lunch but it would have no doubt been good.

Course in excellent shape, fast greens.

Pace of play a little slow.

Eagle Trace had a big reputation before i booked it, but it it has made a big drop in conditioning in my opinion. Tee boxes are bad and dry, greens need some tlc. Pace was good, clubhouse and locker rooms are good.

Excellent condition, challenging to play. Highly recommended.

First time for us playing here. Challenging, but interesting course. Great staff and great conditions. Food at the restaurant was great.

I remember hearing about this course when it first opened, then when the Honda Classic was played there.The reviews then were outstanding. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same now. A disappointment for sure. Not sure where the fairways and rough met, as it was tough to distinguish between the them. There were no rangers to be seen on the course and we were stuck behind the slowest foursome ever. We were about to skip a hole and go off ahead of them but waited until we hit number 10 and asked to pass them. The clubhouse needs a ton of TLC, as it was dated, old and dreary. The course layout is however definitely challenging and made the whole experience worthwhile. I wouldn't play it again though.

Course was challenging and fun to play. But the conditions were not good. If the course had been green and even a bit more manicured it would have been fantastic. It's a shame for a layout like this to be allowed to fall into conditions like this. The group in front of us was very slow; we never saw a marshal. Practice range was awful
