Had the best game of my life. Really enjoyed seeing the people dressed up in their Halloween costumes at the club house.

Layout was good but course conditions were not on par with other MB courses. Fairways were very firm and dry (lots of ball roll - sometimes it helped, sometimes not). Very friendly staff. Under new mgmt so course conditions may improve. Overall, good value for the rate we paid. Would play again next year.

1st time playing and enjoyed it. Some tee boxes need yo be leveled. Holes very easy to get to so that helped lower my scores. Faculty was very friendly. View was beautiful, fairways were very good. Will play here again.

Did not appreciate being paired up . We should have been told somewhere when we booked this on golfnow. The couple we were paired with we're far superior to play than we were and it resulted in an uncomfortable atmosphere for all.

With the narrow fairways and the water it made for a challanging day.Enjoyed the day.

Great course. I have played in the past & will play again. Great shape. Several improvements made in the last couple of years.

My wife and I played this course for the first time on 11Sept14..the guy checking us in, Ed, and John, the fellow who got our cart ready were very friendly and helpful...course was in very good condition..only two small negatives...the cart paths were in places pretty rough and course due to tree roots, the other was we got behind a ladies' foursome that was the last a group playing a championship round for some league...was a bit slow at times, but overall not too bad...still finished in 4 hrs, but we did wait on almost every tee till we got to the last 3-4 holes...would play there again if the opportunity arises....

I had played this course many years ago (likely from the blue tees), + found it interesting and moderately challenging from the white tees.

On many holes you can opt out of the big stick, but if hit well, the reward is great! It's a fun layout for all golfers and provides several scoring opportunities. Great price and an awesome, courteous staff make for a very pleasant experience.

Not a long course even from current tips, but narrow fairways do require accurate shots from tee box and the small greens require accuracy with approach shots too. The greens had a few bad spots which could have been avoided with better pin placement

Good price but don't expect much out from this course. Green was in poor condition a lot of bald spot. Not reccommend to anyone.

Course is turning around. Good value and friendly staff make this a re-play must.

For the price excellent deal. Greens did not look good was worried when we got to the first green, must have been dormate because the ball rolled super. Had a few birdies and pace of play was great no crowd at all. Clubhouse needs alot of work no snackbar but for golf only great deal

Had a good time the course is a good layout but needs works Greens were ok fairways in some spots were without grass and very hard. Overall a good value for the $10.00 price

I am a new golfer so the price is awesome at Palmetto Greens. The course needs a ton of work and I don't recommend the course if you're an avid golfer - you will be disappointed. Make sure you bring your own food and drinks because their kitchen is shut down. If you are new to golf or are looking for a great deal, I recommend Palmetto Greens. Hit 'em good!

I'd seen reviews that were less than glowing about this course but I figured for the cost, distance from where I was staying, and my playing ability that it would be worth a try.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course! It was far better than I expected. The 'ugliest' area is the practice range. The tee boxes, fairways and greens are well maintained. A good mix of sand and water hazards present enough challenges and there are some long holes worthy of par 5. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request to rain-check the back nine until the next morning. The only downside I have to report is that there was no food service, but they will allow coolers & snacks.

Nice challenging layout. Looks like it was a nice place at one time. One wonders why some courses make it and some don't. Needed a lot of grass mowing. Greens were the best part of the course. Fairways were rock hard and needed watering bad. Tees needed mowing as well as a lot of other areas of the course. I think this could be a nice course again but would take a lot of money pumped into it.

Heard the owners are trying to sell and have neglected the upkeep of the course. Patchy grass on fairways, tee boxes overgrown. Walked off after 9.

No water or snacks at pro shop.Still it was enjoyable.

COURSE IS IN PROCESS OF BEING SOLD. PRIOR OWNER CARED MORE ABOUT SELLING LOTS AROUND THE COURSE AND LESS ABOUT THE GOLF. YOUNG MAN SENT TO RUN THE COURSE IN CURRENT CONDITION IS TRYING TO DO IT ALL, DOING BEST HE COULD AS PRO, SHOP CLERK , STARTER, AND CART PERSON. SIGNS OF NEGLECT ALL AROUND COURSE, GRASS UNCUT ON TEE BOXES, POT HOLES ON CART PATH, BEDS OVERGROWN. A REAL SHAME BECAUSE COURSE IS LAID OUT WELL. COULD BE A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE
