About
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers four 18-hole, championship courses designed by three renowned architects. Raven Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., was carefully carved through marshes, native wetlands, and towering pine forests. Jones created a layout that is hailed for being both modern and traditional. It is also notable for how it seamlessly flows into the surrounding nature. The golf course offers plenty of variety both in shot options and visual scenery. The diverse holes are accented by dramatic changes in color and texture throughout the landscape. Water comes into play frequently and there are a number of strategically placed sand traps. Golfers are presented with a myriad of different ways to play each hole, which means thoughtful strategy is a necessity. The golf course's large, undulating greens also make proper club selection essential.

Didn’t strap bag on cart correctly
No sand in either of the divot cans
No ice in the cooler
No water (very limited on course)
The starters pre round discourse was over 6min long and not very informative.
Expected much higher standard from. Sandestin property.

Not up to par
Aeration of the greens is a normal practice for all golf courses. Typically the course will tell you in advance that the greens have been punched and most courses offer a discount. Raven didn’t do either. We paid full price of $146.00. The golf cart was filthy and had leftover trash. The halfway house was closed and the bathrooms were extremely dirty with bags of trash laying on the floor. Both really disappointing for such a potentially great round of golf.

Disappointing
For the almost $200 we paid last week, you only had car path, grass was socking wet, bad condition to play, and on top, two holes we couldn’t play, as they where cutting grass, trimming etc., as we where playing.
Complete disappointing, for the price we paid.
