Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

First time to play this course and was a good experience. The greens were a little rough but overall a fun course to play .Great price and friendly staff ..

Layout of the course is fine. The greens were the absolutely worst greens I’ve ever played! They were slow, very bumpy, and bare spots on most every green. It was nearly impossible to get a smooth or even consistent roll of the golf ball. After the round, even a couple of the employees agreed the greens were in terrible condition.

The course was challenging and the layout was good, but could have been in a bit better shape. Needs water stations throughout the course. And on some holes, there could be a few modifications to make this a slightly better course. The fee was less than other courses considered but may also be a contributor in the overall experience.

The fairways were dry and brown. I guess they don’t use a sprinkling system to water the course. Most of the greens had patches with no grass and most of the grass on the greens was brown. TERRIBLE CONDITIONS!

Is this the best course in Destin? No. But its absolutely playable. Sure, it needs some TLC but we found nothing that would keep us from coming back.

We got out first and were able to fly around smoothly. Greens were a little bumpy but nothing that kicked putts offline.. Fairways were decent enough but could use a little more water. Tee boxes need attention but again, playable enough.

It does seems they've modified the layout at some point to make room for encroaching developments but they've done a solid job masking this.

Overall, this is a nice, short course and possibly the best value in the Destin area although it almost seems they are working to squeeze out every little bit before they sell the rest off to development.

Not as nice as surrounding courses but the price is there to match what you get. It’s a good warm up round for your vacation. It’s not long so it gives you plenty of choices off the tee. Staff was very courteous and I enjoyed my round.

In town for work and wanted to play 18 close to the hotel. Twilight rate was $49 but it’s barely a $20 course. I’ve never felt so robbed. I got through 9 and asked for my money back to only pay the 9 hole rate and they said no lol. Don’t waste your time. I should have believed the reviews.

The course needs a lot of work. Many fairways we were hitting off of sand. Greens were generally good.

The course was in poor condition some greens were ok others not so good not much grass in the fairways.

The course was so bad, I felt like I had been scammed. It needs to be shut down.

This golf course needs either be shut down or have some serious upgrades. Horrible conditions! Almost broke my ankle on the one of the better cart paths.

Course should be about $30 to play. Terrible conditions with horrendous greens.

The course was rough. But the staff was friendly and the pace of play was fast! Greens need some attention the most. The rest I can deal with.

First time playing here. Almost every green was in bad shape with bare spots, tee boxes same. Several holes had trouble finding the next tee box.

The course is really in rough shape. The bunkers play well and the greens actually rolled out pretty good considering how bad of shape they are in. Fairways were beat up and rough was really more like a huge sand trap. We had a good time and the staff was really friendly. But, I don’t think I would play here again.
