Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis

Played this course as it was the most affordable in the area. The layout is fun, the course is in rough shape. ONly about 5 greens were puttable, everything else was uneven and in bad shape. If you are an avid golfer avoid the course. If you are a beginner or out to drink beer and enjoy the weather, take advantage of the opportunity.

The course has gotten terrible worse over the past few years. The greens would be tons better if they were artificial grass. The bunkers also need some work. The fairways at Ft Walton Bleach public puts these fairways here to shame.

Just went on a bachelor trip in Destin with my buddies and had a great time at Seascape. We had 9 of us and did a scramble and it was a great way to start the trip. We had a couple of beginners with us that was able to learn and play some good holes. The greens were a little rough and dry but no other complaints. The electronic screens on the carts were cool, the staff was very accommodating, and the course wasn't difficult to navigate or play on. If looking for a bang for your buck, I recommend Seascape. .

Great hospitality inside the pro shop and the starter was a gem...so friendly. Fairways are very spotty and the greens are almost nonexistent. Shame as it could be a great course and probably was years ago.

With such a prime beach property this should be a five star course but frankly it's not. The greens are unputtable people, spend your money elsewhere, you'll spend more for a beach course but you'll enjoy you're round ten fold!

Good course for beginners who know nothing about golf. For anyone else it's a mystery why they play it.

With all that's happening around the course the greens were in pretty sad shape.

Course was manicured other than that.

All but two greens are burned, dry crust and haven't been seeded in a couple of years

They looked like they were going out of business. Greens were terrible. No grass in big sections. Even the carts were torn up! Very bad!

Seascape is what it is. It really caters to visitors and older residents of Seascape. The greens have seen better days. But, for the price, it is a nice course. I play it frequently. If you only play a couple times a year and want to play something beautiful, with a gorgeous landscape, look elsewhere. But if you are starting out, have kids, or just want to have fun - Seascape is a great option.

Guess the best thing is they are tearing course out to build condos. I am sure the folks buying condos are getting bad info that course will be re-designed . Knowing how cheap the operation is run probable never see course again.
