Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis
About
The golf course at Seascape Golf Beach and Tennis winds through a series of freshwater and coastal dune lakes, naturally making water a prominent feature on the course. It comes into play on most of the holes. Besides the shimmering blue waters, the golf course is accented by the tall pines that blanket the softly rolling hills. The strategic placement of the greens and hazards require some careful maneuvering and accuracy. The course provides a fair challenge that is made all the more difficult by the distracting scenery, which includes views from most of the holes that stretch to the Gulf of Mexico. Golfers who are short on time have the option of a nine-hole round in the afternoons. In addition to the golf course, Seascape Resort also offers a grass driving range and two practice greens.

No greens At all ,thé worst golf course i ever play . Repeat no greens ,brown and no grass At all
Poorly Maintained
Good course for beginners who know nothing about golf. For anyone else it's a mystery why they play it.
The Course
With all that's happening around the course the greens were in pretty sad shape.
Course was manicured other than that.
Greens are awful
All but two greens are burned, dry crust and haven't been seeded in a couple of years
Poor condition
They looked like they were going out of business. Greens were terrible. No grass in big sections. Even the carts were torn up! Very bad!
Great Course for Beginners
Seascape is what it is. It really caters to visitors and older residents of Seascape. The greens have seen better days. But, for the price, it is a nice course. I play it frequently. If you only play a couple times a year and want to play something beautiful, with a gorgeous landscape, look elsewhere. But if you are starting out, have kids, or just want to have fun - Seascape is a great option.
Never gets better
Guess the best thing is they are tearing course out to build condos. I am sure the folks buying condos are getting bad info that course will be re-designed . Knowing how cheap the operation is run probable never see course again.
An oldie with a nice layout
This course was once a really nice local 18 hole course with some awesome holes. It has declined, with fairways that are barely maintained but still playable. However we still love the layout and it is more affordable than the courses that keep their fairways in great shape. It is a choice. Still fun to play.
Seascape
I have played this course many times because it is convienent. We enjoy the course, but lately we have found that the condition of the course has gone down hill.
The last time we played the greens were inn terrible shape. There were only 2 or 3 that we could call OK.
I like playing SeaScape the staff is always friendly some greens are a little rough shape. The only problem I have is that they don’t do anything for a hole in one not even a certificate.! The Golf Garden gave me a certificate and 9 holes free.
Seascape surprise
The surprise of Seascape GC is that it’s never in very good shape.
What turf they have is cared for, but there are large dead areas on greens and tees.
The white tee box on #6 was nothing but dirt.
Grow some grass or buy some sod!
The clubhouse and staff were great.
I enjoy the layout enough to play it once a year, hoping each time it will be better than the last.
We do enjoy this course
Some greens need work but we still enjoy the course
