About
The Aquila Golf Course facility offers two golf courses; one is a championship length course while the other is a par-3, nine-hole course. The championship course provides an excellent game of golf for an affordable price. There are scenic views of mountains and downtown Phoenix as well as a challenging layout featuring several water hazards and bunkers. Although the terrain is rather hilly, it is still relatively walkable. The course has an excellent range of holes that each have a unique character, the par 5's are especially notable. Native grasses and wildflowers are also present on Aquila's Championship course, further adding to its natural beauty.

Plugged green's
The course was ooookay. The greens were punched and dry but they did roll okay.

Greens roll true not alot of subtle break, sadly it took me until the 17th hole for that to sink in

Monday at Aguila GC
Course had its green aerated recently so you will see slight makings on the green. It puts straight with variable speed on the green. Fairway is in good shape and sand bunkers have decent amount of sand (unlike other desert course). Good value for the $.

Great value for the price
Course was in good shape except for the greens which were punched, bunker sand needed to be raked, good layout, fairways firm ok shape, got stuck behind 2 foursomes who were slow but enjoyed the course, back nine tougher then the front, need to insure u hit good drives, sucked that beverage cart quit at around 1, didn't see any water stations

Great course pace of play poor
A great course but day was spoilt by selfish players that have little to no understanding of golf etiquette. Waited on every shot for 10 holes with no one in front of the group ahead. Shane as course layout etc was great.
Plave needs an on course marshal.
