I had a. wonderful experience. My son convinced me that we should play this course. Th price we were able to book was reasonable. It was extra special to play with my son.

Course was well maintained and great layout! You are out in the desert with all natural surroundings. Greens were fast but true.

Only negative was the sand traps were more stone than sand. I was in a lot of them!

Was really looking forward to playing the course. When we arrived we were told that they were delayed by 90 minutes due to frost. Told us they sent out emails which was a bold face lie. 10 other people we asked didn’t get an email either.

Made no attempt to accommodate us for another day. The course was a little beat up. Greens and Tee boxes were bare in spots. Bunkers had stones in them.

So overall I was disappointed when paying the rates we did.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this masterpiece. The amount of effort and creativity that had to go into the creation of this place should be a documentary. Greens were running 11+ . The only blemish was the condition of the bunkers. It was only so noticeable because everything else was so perfect.

I’ve played a lot of nice courses, but none have provided the views and atmosphere that Quintero provides.

If you’re gonna have that many sand traps out there put some real sand in them. There’s a bunch of stone in the bunkers.

First time playing Quintero on the recommendation of a business associate and it turned out to be everything he said it would be. The course is beautifully cut into the mountains with a couple extremely elevated tee boxes on the par 3s which were a blast. It would be a challenging course to walk. The course conditions were per perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the Javelina we ran into were in a good mood and enjoying the day. Playing this course will take a time investment (its in the middle of nowhere) and will set you back a few bucks (its not inexpensive) but it is well worth it for the playing experience. I plan on making this a regular stop in the rotation of courses I play.

The conditions of the fairways on this course is the best I’ve experienced. Most of the holes have narrow fairways so bring extra balls. We played in late December and the morning frost delayed everyone’s start time by an hour. We only got 15 holes in before it became too dark. Book an early start time if the temperatures are going to be low.

Conditions were outstanding, this course is well taken care of. Maintenance is out filling divots with mix in the middle of rounds. Tee boxes were flat and cut the perfect length. Greens were fast but consistent. They even edged all the cart paths. The only downside to this is that many greens were a decent walk from the cart, and the cart GPS limited you from going into many parts of the course.

The course is tight so if you're not a straight hitter, good luck. Some greens and pin locations were extremely difficult to hit. There were at least 3 par 3s where you were 100+ feet elevated. There was an uphill par 5 into the wind with a divided fairway that forces you to hit 3 into the green. Bunkers everywhere, deep ones by the green, many in the fairway. Windy front 9.

9 minute tee time intervals meant a 5 hour round. Food was stupid expensive - $13 for a hot dog and chips. 7 minute drive from check in to the practice range. No cell phone reception so phone GPS apps won't work.

As a recreational golfer just getting my swing back after laying off for a year, this course proved to be worth the time and money, no questions asked. The conditions were outstanding, course is pristine, greens were lightening fast and well groomed. Staff is professional and polite. We'll be back!

I played some great courses for 7 days in the Scottsdale area. Without question Quintero Golf Club the best course I played. The Greens were amazing! Course layout is Picturesque, challenging and fair! You will love it!!!

My wife and I are recreational golfers, so this was at the top end of the challenge scale for us. Having said that, this course was by far the most beautiful and well manicured. course that I have ever played. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, very helpful with information on any questions we had. The layout of this course is like something out of a fairytale. if you were looking to test your skills and have an experience, I highly recommend checking out Quintero.
