OK golf course
We played Magnolia Point for $38 and it was okay. Greens needed to be cut and the tee areas needed work but they were playable. Fairways had certain areas which needed work but overall playable. Course took a lot of rain so there were areas that showed erosion and were soft. But again for $38 it was ok.
Great course
This was a great course to play. I think the course would challenge a lot of golfers in a wide range of skill levels. It was a little drive to get to the course but it was well worth it. I’m going to recommend this course to everyone who wants to come to Florida to play.

Green were wet in the morning. Most courses mow or brush off water
The Greens were slow and very bumpy.. several of the greens had bear spots
I enjoy the course but wish it was in better condition

Great course at a great price!
Really enjoyed my round at Magnolia Point. Wasn’t sure what to expect given the green fee (only $30) but was pleasantly surprised. Fun layout with good conditions. The tee boxes had seen better days, but the fairways were firm with plenty of grass and the rough was nice and lush. The edges of each hole had some rough patches with dirt or sand but not enough to come into play on most shots. Greens looked great - rolled a bit slow but still true. Would definitely come back to play again!

Slow pace of play
Course was in good shape - greens had a few patches - nothing I haven’t seen across courses all around the area
Pace of play was extremely slow - caused by elderly members playing and mindless to pace of play
