Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club

Course is ok. Fairways ok. Greens full but verrrry slow. When putting use your driver.

Greens were in excellent condition but a little slow. The tee boxes and most of the fairways could use some care but I associate that with spring weather. I’ve played this course many times and like the architecture/design.

Very fun layout. Course conditions are OK. Some places great. Some places need help. They are working on it!

For a beginning golfer this course was challenging most of the course. I took along 3 friends that have played less golf than I have. I think because of it being Easter Sunday there were not as many golfers on the course that day and with thunderstorms in the afternoon probably kept more away. We manage to get 18 holes before the bad weather got to us. Friendly staff, no beverage cart that day but i assume it was because of the holiday, Course was in good shape but not as good as some of the courses i have played in Florida. I would recommend this course 10/10 everyday though. Very fun course to play if you don't mind driving a cart a bit of ways to get from some holes to the others. Walkers be prepared to get your steps in!. The price included the cart and was very inexpensive compared to other courses in the area. Magnolia Point is doing right! Will definitely play this course again.

I really like the layout of this course. The greens were rolling true and are well maintained. It's apparent that the staff is showing the course some TLC.

After seven months of not playing golf because of hand and wrist surgery. It was just what the doctor ordered and I enjoyed every shot. It was a great day. The course was great and i will be back again soon.

Course personnel are very friendly and helpful. The course is in excellent condition, and the pace of play is perfect. Did have to wait a few mins this week, but usually not an issue

This is a really great course, needs some love on the fairways. Green are nice though. This is a budget friendly course and has a great layout.

It’s seems some work was done on the greens and tee boxes, nice job. The fairways needed some attention with quite a few patchy areas. Overall good experience. Thanks

Great layout. Tee boxes and greens were great.. fairways were pretty good for this time of year.

I played this course for the first time 4/3/22. The course itself looked very reasonable in pictures. I have played several $70 plus tracks and I feel this one didn’t compare to them in regards to the course conditions. Granted we did play after a thunderstorm but the greens were dried out on some edges, fairways had major drainage issues, cart paths were non existent. We had to follow an orange line due to no cart paths, which only tore the grass up more. The pace of play was good, with the previous water issues and having to walk to every shot. In the grand scheme, the course layout was pretty fun but I just don’t see myself playing this track again unless it is in the heat of the summer and water is non-existent.

They have an excellent greenskeeper but a lousy fairways keeper. I wonder if The fairways keeper ever heard about aeration plugging and sprinkler systems.
