About
Cimarron Golf Club combines challenging golf with excellent landscaping and scenic views of surrounding mountain ranges. Although the course has many difficult elements, with four sets of tees it can easily accommodate different skill levels and abilities. The design of the golf course features numerous strategically placed bunkers and also desert waste areas. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as well. Functional yet attractive landscaping complements the course. Cimarron Golf Club, in addition to the golf course, has many practice facilities including a driving range, putting green, and short game area with a bunker.

This course is in great condition...
As you would expect, this time of year this course is in great condition. I cannot wait to play it again.
Poor signage - had to ask where things were. Very slow play.
Signage that tells where range balls are, cost of range balls, where restrooms are, where to pick up carts, bag drop, how to get to first tee from golf shop, etc. would be very helpful for non-locals. Play was much too slow -quit after 10th as it was stacked up 3 groups at that point.
Target golf
A little "tricked up" and not very forgiving, with placement of rocks and water, but a very attractive course. Be sure to Play It Forward and play the correct tees for your handicap in order to have an enjoyable time. Was still cart path only due to recent over seeding, so it was slow going at times.
12-15 HANDICAP forgiving yet challenging
This is a wonderful course for any level of golfer. I have played from the back tees and the whites. Challenging par threes with water in play. Generous fareways and consistent greens. The course was in excellent shape despite a tough hot summer.
I would play there any time and would recommend it highly.
