About
Orangebrook Country Club in Hollywood boasts two 18-hole courses, the East and the West. The golf courses are about equal in difficulty but each offers a different set of challenges. The West Course was added over 20 years after the original East Course, which was built in the 1930s. This newer layout has more water hazards and there are also several massive bunkers treacherously lurking about the greensides. The challenging elements are nicely balanced by wide-open, player-friendly fairways and small greens with few breaks. The golf course is overall very forgiving but it offers interesting risk-reward opportunities that will appeal to players of all skill levels. In addition to the two golf courses, Orangebrook C.C. boasts extensive practice facilities that include a spacious lighted driving range with distance markers and a practice bunker.

TLC
Course needs plenty of TLC n it would be nice, greens where rough n weeds everywhere, fairways were ok n some of the Tee Box were rough
Great for the price
So this place has “practice greens” that were terrible and recently sold their driving range for the new Hollywood police headquarters. So that was disappointing, but other than the greens being in rough shape, the layout was great! Driver friendly course and for the price, you can’t be mad at all.

Nice Golf Course, well maintained but green could be a little better, enjoy playing there
Terrible
The course is in terrible condition with Bayer patches everywhere. Most grains have bare patches and ruts, practically every tee box doesn't have grass, absolutely terrible conditions. This course should be closed for repairs and not opened until it's completed. Also, the start er doesn't organize anything. Lets anybody just go up whenever they want regardless of what time slot they are in a complete joke
Terrible course just wow
The conditions of this course were shockingly terrible. Bone dry bear dirt tea boxes. Bone dry bare dirt dead grass greens. At least half of them were dead. Approaches dead, hard pan fairways dead bread. The cut grass had clumps of cut grass all over the place. Not even picked up, this is definitely one of the poorest kept course I've ever golfed on ever in my life.
Also, the starter doesn't know what he's doing. A complete idiot. Sending anybody out in any order. Not even paying attention to the tee times. People were teeing off all out of water. When I asked about it he topped a major attitude with me and started yelling. I would never ever golf here again. Not even for five bucks. I have pictures of the terrible conditions but it's not letting me upload them.
I played here several times The course is in it’s best condition ever Definitely worth to play
Great Budget Round
Great round for a great price. Greens are not all in the best shape, some have a bit of tall grass and dirt. Also minimal cart food/drink options during the round. But other than that, definitely recommend playing here.
Horrible Conditions
The tee boxes and greens were the worst I've ever played. Period. Just a mess. I've played $20 par 3 that were better kept.
Quick Round
If your looking for a top tier country club type of place this is not it. Course was pretty rough but if you want some target practice and just to get out and not too concerned about green conditions, tee boxes etc then it's cool.
Good for the price
Fairways are good but green are dry and some are bumpy. Over all is good for the price you paid for.
