Hollywood Beach Golf Club

The course was fine. Really liked that it was a course without homes on or close by. Interesting with a couple par 5’s and then a couple par 3’s in a row. Some of the traps needed some sand but not all. The greens were slow. I would go back.

Played here today first time on short notice.

Greens were mostly slow and soft. Many humps and bumps. Some bare spots and a few areas are burnt and slick.

Fairways were reasonable. Some hard and bare spots. Occasional standing water.

Tee boxes were below average. Many bare areas, weeds in places, and some undulations. There were some sanded areas that had been worked on.

The traps were pretty hard. Fairway bunkers especially. Some greenside bunkers had some sand in spots.

Rough was cut short and could find balls. There aren't a lot of hazards, but enough and there is plenty of trouble with trees and some tight shots. Greens are mostly undulating and slightly elevated with fall off sides.

There is water on a few holes from the tee at very inopportune distances.

It was worth the Golfnow deal and will do it again.

Good course for the money, but in my opinion needs a huge cash infusion. Still lots of debris, much of it storm related. Probably hasn’t had a manicure in years. But it is challenging with longish par fours and some short fives. Conditions have improved somewhat, so it seems they are trying. I will definitely play it again.

Very slow front but picked up and enjoyed the back . Coarse in good condition will go back.

This golf course is not very good ,the green is bad ect...

This course is poorly maintained .. tee boxes, fairways and greens ... don’t spend more than $18 ..

It would be appréciate to havé à Marshall to lead the course.

People only playing when on vacation tends to not care about neither the group in front not behind. On a busy day, a good portion of patience is needed to enjoy the round.

Reasonably maintained, but sad to see the restaurant building did not survive a recent storm. Nice folks.

Staff was extremely friendly. Pace of play was excellent. I played a round in the morning (8am) as a single and joined with another single and was able to finish at noon.

Played a second round at 1pm as a single and was done by 3:45.

Course is in decent shape for the price.

It’s so so conditions but easy to play, not expensive, nice customer service and very convenient in and out. Quick and easy!

Fairways, were good. Greens were good, but need a mowing.

Club house small, Club 1924 is a food truck. Staff very friendly.

I have been playing this course for over 30 years and like to play here about 3 times a year. The condition of the course for this time of the year is typical and overall acceptable and a good deal. I was surprised to see the hotel and club house was removed and I hope a new facility will be built soon.
