Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club offers a championship course where you can enjoy a private and secluded setting free of homes anywhere near the fairways, tees, or greens. Donald Ross originally designed the golf course in 1924. It has a classic layout that has withstood the test of time to become one of the area's most popular public courses. Seasoned golfers will find that the course is not the most challenging but it is good for a casual round that will still keep you on your toes. The course is tight, requiring a fair amount of accuracy. There are not many hazards but there are some and they are very strategically placed. The layout is player friendly enough to accommodate a range of skill levels and the affordable rates make Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club doubly appealing.

Run Down
I haven’t played this course in several years and will never return. The course is in terrible condition with torn up greens and fairways that are just dirt. It has sadly been let go.
Sad it got away
Just wonderful staff, bar, starter, Marshall and refreshment cart folks. Pity the same can't be said for course conditions. Greens were sparse, loaded with crab grass plots and top dress. Fairways lacked grass, mostly hardpan, no rakes at the bunkers and poor directional signage.
The layout itself was very beautiful, risk reward Donald Ross design.

Course is in fair condition for this time of year and improving each time we play... nice layout with some challenging holes for all levels of golfers
Great Day
Really enjoyed our round . Busy and a tiny bit slow
ended up skipping 10 to get by a foursome that was
crazy slow. But overall will certainly go back .
This course was tough to play
Course was not in great shape. Tee boxes were dirt, fairways and greens were dried up. Also the place of place was bad. Took 3 of us 5 hours to play. No ranger to help. We saw a group with 6 golfers
This course is shxt
Only nice thing I can say is they got a nice looking chest making drinks. Course is in embarrassing shape. Slow hags playing 80 yard drives off front tees. Just doubled my chance at melanoma with a 6 hour round. Don’t go until it’s fixed
The course is in really bad shape, greend are full of crabgrass bunkers are like cement and the fairways are dry as can be..this course is really garbage
