A Lloyd Clifton creation of Kings Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole beauty and Lake County's best-kept secret. Great greens, severe elevation changes, and well-placed hazards will keep you focused on this course. By focusing on the importance of playability, aesthetics and maintenance, Clifton has captured the natural beauty of the area. It is "thinker's course" where players have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.
King's Ridge opened a second 18-hole course in 2002. The new Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is a Par 57, 3660-yard course designed by Ron Garl, making this an ideal location for your 36-hole day.

Poor signage
The pro shop attendant tried to explain where the practice area and 1st tee was. But, being my first time I didn't understand where I was supposed to go. A few signs with directional arrows would be very helpful.

Greens were in good shape, some pin placement were good , but some holes were on a angle a steep angle, enjoyed the course alot. The starter he is a very nice individual enjoyed talking to him while waiting to tee off. Thanks for keeping the course in good shape. 👍

Pace of play was ridiculously slow. We had 3 or 4 groups on a tee box starting on hole 8. Never saw a ranger.

Fantastic Course!!
Do you want to feel like you are playing golf in the mountains? You really have to go to King's Ridge Championship course. The fairways and greens were all in beautiful shape. The groundskeeping crew does an amazing job and everyone is friendly.

Great greens, lots of elevation.
I have been here (snow bird) for about 6 weeks. I play 3-4 times a week…this one is at the top of the recommended list.
Greens had just been mowed and rolled…a few impossible Pin placements…something to complain about and blame for the score.
Overall, one of the best in this area.

Basic golf
Fairways suffering, rough has no grass especially around the greens. Don’t plan to play again

Not bad for the money
Course has a decent layout and undulating greens. Whoever set the pins the day we played wanted to get revenge on golfers. Conditions were ok and the price wasn't bad considering the time of year
