GREENS VERY GOOD CONDITION FAIRWAYS GOOD BUNKERS GOOD, MUCH BETTER THAN FEW MONTHS AGO, HOPEFULLY SAME CONDITION TILL SNOW BUNNIES RETURN

Nice Course that although being small had some nice challenges. Good course to test your accuracy on various length par 3s. Some greens had bunkers right in front, some a serious drop off behind. Knowing your club lenths was needed. Fun course to play.

Outstanding staff. Nice course and s nice community . Repeat visit with my family in annual vacation.

I and my son-in-law played 18 holes. I haven't played in 30 years. My son-in-law plays a few times a month. Nice couse. Wide variety of traps. I expected more water. Glad there wasn't. I would have lost all his extra golf balls. Quite a few people playing that day, but not crowded. Other than checking in and going to the first hole. Didn't have to wait for anything else. Staff super nice.

The guys in the club house are the greatest. I left my range finder and they had it waiting for me the next day. Very cool that they are that trustworthy.

Really enjoy playing this course. Value for the money is excellent. This time they were doing aeration. We had to skip a couple of holes due to this process. Which was disappointing. We were warned this may happen so can’t get too upset about it. I look forward to playing again soon.

We have played this course for years and it was always in pristine condition. Unfortunately, it has been truly neglected but the price to play certainly doesn’t reflect that! The greens and sand bunkers were terrible and it is hard to find grass in the fairways to hit off of. They haven’t had the pro shop open there in years and it really should be. Who knows if we will ever go back..which is a real shame! The homeowners on this course should be furious!

What potential this place has. Needs some major TLC. Crazy slow pace of play.

This course is a short basic iron course. It does have challenges but overall condition really bad. Fairways could use some upkeep and the greens had so many holes, crab grass and dollar weeds on the greens. Your ball bounces all over the place. The pro shop on this course was closed and no drink cart driving around and the other pro shop had less than basic supplies and drinks. Too far to drive the cart to get drinks after front 9 and can’t bring your own cooler so long day with no or minimal drinks. There was no notification prior of closure. The man that checked us in was nice and gave you info you might need. This was first time on this course and def last time for that price. I could have played much better courses for same price or couple dollars more. Save your money.

Great little course in the roling hills of Clermont. Great practice for your short to mid irons

The golf cart I was given should have been retired 50 years ago it was a very old 4 seater and the roof extended in the back so fat over that to get clubs in and out of the bag you had to unstrap them and then restart them again so they wouldn't fall off this got very annoying for 18 holes. I tried calling the club house to have them bring a different cart out and just got a recording that no one was available to answer the phone. to top it off the group ahead was the slowest golfers I have ever played behind and they never offered to let us play through. I let them know about both complaints at the club house and their attitude was so sad to bad and don't let the door hit you on the way out, were busy and don't care.

Been playing here for 14 years. Course is in the best condition it has been for years. Not a premium course by any means but real nice for what you pay.

For $38 this course was awesome. Greens were good overall. Laid back enviornment. Little confusing of a layout , thankfully I was paired with people familiar with the course. 10/10 would play again. Fun short course.
