Kings Ridge Golf Club - Ridge Course
About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.
The golf course's panoramic views of the surrounding hills and downtown Orlando add enjoyment to the challenge of the water hazards, precise landing areas, well protected multi-tiered greens, pot bunkers, grassy hollows and deep Bahia grass roughs.

Great views!!! Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 01/18/2015
Terrible course
This is one of the worst courses I have ever played. Terrible condition from tee to green.
Truly awful, don't waste your money
Perfect Day on a Great Course
Just because the Ridge says it's an "Executive" course, you might assume it's too easy for you.... just try it and you'll see that it has plenty of challenges.
Great overall, no amenities..
We played 18 at the ridge course, course was pretty average. Greens were slightly inconsistent but easy to get used to, tee boxes were serviceable and fairways and bunkers were well maintained. The only reason for my less than optimal review was the lack of amenities. NO WATER stations, NO cart person, clubhouse at the turn had only a vending machine and nothing else to offer. Have never played the kings course but it seemed that these may not be issues over there. Driving range was in good condition but clubhouse had run out of balls at 9 am when we came to warm up for our tee time.
Overall: would definitely play again but for the price, amenities such as water stations are expected
Nice executive course. Need a Map
We have played Kings Ridge Course plenty of times but this was our first experience on the Executive Course. The course itself is quite nice, good layout, lots of good views of holes, greens were very good. My only complaint of this course is getting to and from the course itself. I have never in my life ( played golf for 60 years) had an experience traveling to a course on a cart with absolutely NO SIGNAGE. Please, Kings Ridge - place some signs to get back to the main course and parking lot. I am sure the residents are tired of giving directions.
Tournament delay
I’ve started more than a hour after my tee time cause they had a tournament on morning! Never advised by TeeOff so a little bit dissapointed.
I be played the executive course so just pars 3 and 3-4 pars 4.
Great course
We had a great time playing on this executive course good for a warm up for the week and very challenging. Would definitely recommend playing here.
totally enjoy
the views are really something
this course is helping to improve my short game
greens have improved each time I've played(twice a week last 3 weeks
the staff have been kind and helpfull
thank you all
Slow Play is the game of the day
When it takes four hours to play the Ridge course, that's slow play. When you are sitting waiting for the group ahead of you to play longer that you are actually playing the hole, that's slow play. Wait 17 minutes and play the hole in 9 minutes. They need to put a ranger to keep thing moving. They get your greens fees and forget about you on the course. SLOW PLAY.
Okay!
Fairways were pretty dry and rough. But the greens and tee boxes were in good to great condition!
Execelent
We will for sure be playing the course again, highly recommend this course!
