About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.
The golf course's panoramic views of the surrounding hills and downtown Orlando add enjoyment to the challenge of the water hazards, precise landing areas, well protected multi-tiered greens, pot bunkers, grassy hollows and deep Bahia grass roughs.

Great views!!! Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 01/18/2015
Interesting Layout
Some nice elevation changes.
Greens were slow and spotty though, nowhere near as good as the greens on the main Kings Ridge 18 hole championship course. The executive course is also a long way in the road from the main course pro shop, almost a mile in from the main pro shop.
Very friendly staff
Mike in the club house is a great guy. We had a minor issue And he was able to take care of it right away. It's always a great experience when dealing with people like Mike.
We always enjoy Kings Ridge Executive!
The greens are a little rough - it putts slow anyway so it doesn’t affect it that much. They have some pretty rough spots though!
Greens need serious work.
It is not possible to roll a putt on these greens. They are so bumpy that 3 foot putts don't hold the line. The ridge course is by far one of the best layouts for an Exec. course in central Florida and the poor condition of the greens does not make for a pleasant round of golf.
Good Round
The course was in good shape for this time of the year. The staff was super to work with the pace of play was just over 4 hours.
It was ok
Wasn't very impressed with the course or the pace of play.It was very slow! There was a group of 6 people playing together with 3 carts. They were 2 groups ahead of us. They were not very good players, and were all over the golf course! There was also a two some in front of us . A husband and wife. The husband continually hit 2 balls of the tees!
Nice executive course in Clermont
Whenever I’m in FL, I make a point to go to the executive course on “the ridge.” The staff is a pleasure to work with, the layout of the 18-hole course is very nice. There are a few par-4 holes mixed in to provide a challenge. The greens, though, had some bare spots—although in all fairness, it IS February in Florida. I hope to get a couple more rounds in before leaving town in a couple weeks.
Overall good executive type course for the money
Pace of play was slow for first seven holes due to following a shotgun tournament. Afterwards, however, it was clear sailing. Fairways and greens were in pretty good shape. I will play there again.
Fun course, Excellent Layout
Condition of fairways poor. Tee boxes OK, greens good. Noticed them raking bunkers this time. Much improved. Great layout, tons of elevation. Lots of fun. Great value.
Kings Ridge executive
The course was a nice challenge for an executive course. Shot accuracy was critical because of the abundance of sand traps and hilly terrain.
