About
The Ridge Course at Kings Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole executive course in Clermont. The golf course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2002.
The golf course's panoramic views of the surrounding hills and downtown Orlando add enjoyment to the challenge of the water hazards, precise landing areas, well protected multi-tiered greens, pot bunkers, grassy hollows and deep Bahia grass roughs.

Great views!!! Photo submitted by SHASHI60 on 01/18/2015
Hot day
Very hot day vending machine did not work course office was not open had to register at kings office.
Quiet and great views of area
Nice little gem of a course. Challenging for an Executive course.
Unexpected course to play
When we arrived at the 1st tee looked a bit like a pitch and putt course. Were pleasantly surprised as we went round.
Nice Course, Never Crowded
Executive course, mostly par 3's, great for working on your short game. Well maintained and irrigated. Usually not crowded, most golfers play the big course on the other end of the property. Could use a small restaurant or snack bar, but drinks and some snacks are available.
Don’t be fooled
I inadvertently booked a round Kings Ridge thinking I was playing the championship course. Initially we were disappointed to be told that we were on the Executive course rather than the Championship Course. We decided to go ahead with the booking of the the par 3 course. That proved to be a good decision. The par 3 course is probably the best I have played in a number of years. Fifteen par 3s and 3 Par 4s made this course a real challenge requiring the use of almost all clubs in the bag. Greens were running true and the overall layout and condition were excellent. A great course to test all aspects of your game. We will be back.
Kings Ridge Executive Worst Ever
Weeds, mud galore. This is usually a fun short course in Clermont. Today it was a sad shadow of its former self. Weeds have over taken the tee boxes. The collars and cyst around the greens were all mud and weeds. The greens were full of weeds too. The cart path is almost impassable in places. The rough is 8 inches high lots of lost balls. I hope the clean this fun short course up. In the past it’s been a Clermont gem.
Not Your Average Par 3 Course
This is not your average par 3 type course. The holes are generally longer than you would expect. You will use most of the clubs in your bag. There are a few par 4's. Overall the course was good considering this is the dry season. The greens were very well maintained. Excellent for a fast round of gold with a great view.
Challenging for an executive.
Nice course to practice your short game. No waiting on each hole for golfers ahead. Short time to play game which is great in Florida sun. Nice views. Price could be lower, as there are only 4 par 4’s on course.
Still a great round of golf
As for executive golf courses go this is one of the best. Try it and you will like it.
Great Course
This course is in outstanding condition, the tee boxes, the fairways, and the greens.. Don't be fooled by the fact that it listed as an almost par three course. If your iron play is off, you could find yourself in a lot of trouble. It is a fun course to play, and again it is in outstanding condition. Have played a second time and have another scheduled.
Great course
Excellent shape, and one of the best views in Florida
Great fot the short game
Lots of ups and downs, this course has everything to challenge the short game. A little pricy but that's part of quality conditions, will go again for the practice.
Great executive course
My wife and I try to play this course every Friday. We both really like the layout and it’s challenging holes. The 18th hole is the best looking finishing hole around. It’s a must see.
