Legends Golf & Country Club

This was a truly excellent course . Greens very good and fairways provided good run. It provides a good mix of challenge and fairness good for all handicaps. Not to close to properties .

Refreshing that as a European the club has info regarding the World wide handicap system which enables us to play off the correct course handicap. So many courses in Florida seemingly ignore the new handicap system.!

The staff at the course from the bag drop , the shop ,to cleaning clubs at the end were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a meal which was excellent , great choice , good service and lovely food. Lovely atmosphere in the clubhouse. It ticks all the boxes I would certainly play it again and would recommend it to others.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our round. The layout is spectacular. The only gripe I would have is the greens seem to be pretty inconsistent from hole to hole. It took 4 1/2 hours to play, however it was Sunday morning and this is peak golf season so that is to be expected.

I had not played this course in a few years because of COVID and because it had closed for a while.

It was what I had expected, the fairways were in decent shape and the greens needed a little work.

Overall it was good value for the money and an enjoyable day.

If you don't mind hills and seeing your ball roll back it's a fine course.. it was in great shape ..no waiting no problems.

Excellent condition. Greens smooth and fast. Radical elevation changes throughout the course. Fairways wide so you can blast away but trees on the side can keep you honest. 2 free bottles of water on ice was a nice touch. Challenging course from the white tees for those of us who don’t hit the ball 250 any more. Many par 4’s that are tough to reach in regulation, so bring your short game. Will definitely play again.

From the cart guys to the pro shop to the restaurant the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The course is a beautiful, hilly layout. Greens and fairways are in fine condition. We really enjoyed our round.

Reminds me of golfing the mountains in North Carolina... lots of ups and downs... you have to see it to believe it..

Course is in great playable condition. Pace a little to slow. Will definitely return.

I like this course but for $60 they made me share a cart with someone. I golf as single and got the cart at the club house but when I drove to the starter he made me go onto someone else’s cart and took mine away . He said they were short on carts but it didn’t look like it when I picked up mine . I should’ve asked for a discount at least but didn’t feel like arguing with people .

I like this court very much and my friends come here to play ball for the third time. This is the nearest mountain court to my home, but the ground area is relatively hard and I can't use short shots well. If there are a little more people, the rhythm is a little slow. Everything else is very good. I like the layout here very much.

It’s hard to believe that this is a central Florida golf course. Lots of elevation changes and challenges. Cours is in great shape. Greens were fast and firm. A fun course to play. Lots of tee choices for any game. Recommend it and will be playing it again soon.

…even though the starter says all the greens are the same speed as the putting green, they are not even close. Very slow. Otherwise the course is in great shape.
