Carved from a forest of pines and winding through wetlands and lagoons, St. Johns Golf & Country Club offers a scenic 18-hole round located between St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The course features tree-lined fairways and large, fast greens. There is also the occasional two-tiered green to look out for. Water hazards come into play throughout and there are several well-placed bunkers. Depending on how the wind is blowing, the course can range from being gentle to very demanding. Six sets of tees make the course accessible to players of all skill levels. In addition to the course, St. Johns Golf & Country Club also offers extensive practice facilities including a 10,000 sq. foot putting green, chipping green, and a double-sided driving range.

Both nines get booked simultaneously

The course is nice and well kept. Relatively easy and flat, in a good way. The condition of the course is great. However, they allow people to tee off on the back nine. So when you make the turn, there are two groups literally waiting in front of you. It was so bad that we left. I threw away the money, but I wasn't going to wait to tee off on hole 10, when we practically had nobody in front of us the entire front nine.

The practice green was ridiculous fast with a lot of slope, which was replicated on the course. Try not to be putting down hill too much

First time playing. Heard a lot of positive things. It was a solid 4.5 star rating on pretty much everything. The greens were a little weird with different color splotches, but they rolled OK. Biggest issue for me was the price.
