Swiss Fairways Golf Course

Bought as a single as a Hot Deal and played with a threesome. Very nice group made the round enjoyable. The course was a par 70 but very challenging, with a few longer holes mixed with a few shorter ones. The practice green and driving range were in great shape. The golf was fun and the people were nice. My only real critique would be the food selection, quality and price. I had the Italian sausage with peppers and onions for $7.00 The sausage was over cooked, old, whithered, and tasteless. Vegetables were similar. Definitely not a good value for the money. I’d suggest a lunch combo special: hot dog, chips, drink $7.00 or something similar. Aside from the value of the food, everything else was great. I’d definitely play again, but next time I’ll grab something to eat before I got there.

Great price and a decent tract. More challenging then you think. Greens have a lot of movement in them but the green speeds were way slow.

Course was in good shape, bring extra balls. Good fun!

Returned to play one of our favorite courses. Showed up early, went right out. played 18 in 3 1/2 hours. Moved right along even though we had groups in front of us and behind. A great central Florida course. Keep up the good work. Chili was great too! Lady behind the counter was smiling all the time. What a great place.

Great hidden gem. Conditions still very good. Pace awesome. 245 for 2some. Great Mothers Day.

Haven’t played here in a few months. Nice to come back and play today. Corse was nice and green. Good price. Will be back soon.

Course wasn’t in bad shape, but the greens need a little work. Too bad players can’t repair their ball marks. Was a lot. Had to wait for water skiers a few times. Sand traps need raking.

I said I would never come back to Swiss Fairways again, it was in such horrible condition! After golfing with some people who had recently played the course, they said it was in better than average shape. So a friend and I who golf at least 1/ week tried it today. It was like picking up your prom date, what an improvement; the greens could use a little work...but there is grass in the fairways now. We’ll be back!

Course is in good condition, greens are at 75%,, but need more water. Went there by myself, but was paired with three great gentlemen; Dennis, Craig and Bill. Great to meet people like them at a golf course. Ladies in the pro shop are wonderful and with a good sense of humor. Good course with a great environment. I recommend this course to everyone reading this review. There are four sets of tees so everyone can enjoy the game.

Absolutely love Swiss Fairways Golf Club. Definitely 100% one of those must play courses in area. Great course for cost, fun layout but some challenging shots needed. Great layout for seasoned players and first time players.

Great use of space - over water shots are tricky but fun.

- Adding distance markers would be helpful. (ex:150 yard poles, distances on sprinklers...)

- Conditions of greens and sand traps could be improved
