Swiss Fairways Golf Course

The staff does not adhere to masking and they do not believe in letting golfers who are not related to have their own cart. This is very worrisome and will probably stop me from playing here again until I get vaccinated.

This is a nice track, good greens, fairways and tee boxes. Nice layout but could use some extra signage to tell you where to go on a few holes. Good pace of play, beverage cart was always around. Great value!

So I've play this course a few times and have never had an issue with T-times or pace of play but today there was a frost delay that pushed all early morning t times to a 9am start. Rather than have golfers tee off from number 1 at 9am in the order of their original t times management decided to do a shotgun start at 9am. Our foursome was sent to #10 to start. We played the back nine in just around 2 hours, When we got to #1 to start our second nine there were 3 groups at the T box. Management told us to t off in front of these groups and sent a ranger out to the foursome on #1 fairway to move to the side so we could play through. We felt kind of bad cutting around all these guys but we were starting our back nine. When we got to #2, a par 3, there was a foursome on the green and a threesome waiting to t off. it took us 30 minutes to finish #2. When we got to hole 3 t box it was the same thing. again it took us 30 minutes to play the hole. We quit after that hole as we were looking at a 3hour pace to play our back nine. I'll go back to this course but not when I know that inclement weather may come into play. Management really needs to look at what happened today and learn something from it.

Everything was great until the finish. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a cart because they were busy...no big deal, but when we were on 17 at 5:15pm a lady came by and said we had to hurry to get done as they were about to close up??? Not real pleased with that...doesn't get dark until 6:30 and noone was waiting on us...had no idea what the hurry was. Other than that, all good! Fun course with plenty of challenges.

This course is a hidden gem, fairways are well kept, greens are fast and can be challenging in spots. It's a lot of position golf, with long par 5's. Water hazards to keep you on your toes yet very enjoyable. 10 out of 10 recommend and the price is perfect!

The Name kept me from ever booking a round here as it sounds like a trailer park ...that was a big mistake on my part! This is a hidden gem! They could be a little more Covid aware...it is real and it is NOT a Hoax...so Please practice wearing face mask...that goes for the Ranger the cart girl and any other employees...

For $30 I wouldn't complain about the course condition, that's way I give it a fair rating. However the biggest dealbreaker is the their attitude towards necessary precoutions to protect their customer from spreading of virus. I have no issue if they just personally don't believe Covid exist. But as operator of public facility, no staff was wearing mask in a crowded proshop, no social distancing, no disinfection, no single use of cart, you have to share cart with stranger. Now I understand how the virus can spread so fast and kill so many people in the States. If you care about your own health and safety, I do not recommend this course.

Swiss Fairways is a good course. The greens were a little slow for my taste. The fairways are pretty good. It is a good course for the price.

What a great place to play. Tee to green played excellent. Pace was ok , one of a few places that has a beer cart driving around. Staff are extremely friendly and pricing is a great value. That being said don’t let the price discourage you. It’s a perfect course and one you should play every time your in the area. I won’t hesitate come back.

Course is in much better condition than when I last played it a few months ago. Good value, I’d definitely recommend it to a friend. Fun layout, try it, you’ll like it.

Was our first time playing this course and it was a great course, beautiful, challenging and well laid out and maintained. We will definitely be back to play again soon!! ⛳
