Swiss Fairways Golf Course

First time playing, through recommendations from others that this course has improved it's course conditions. A very fun layout that gets a little tight on a couple of the long par 4'/5 holes. The water skiers if a welcome distractions. Go play, I expect that you will have fun!

The clubhouse staff were very courteous and friendly, with checkin very easy. The starter was very friendly and helpful with some course tips. The course was in good shape overall but some of the greens were bumpy and patchy. We played in the early afternoon and the pace of play was excellent and being paired up with a gentleman from New York and a local youngman made for an enjoyable afternoon. The only downside is we didn't see the cart person on the back nine and the water station was empty so it was a bit tough in the heat. Overall, much improved from my previous experience a couple of years ago and I will be back again before we head north.

Course is in great shape and has really improved in the last 3 years

Course was in good shape , greens were in good condition. Staff is strict on checking in and starting no more than 15 minutes before your round but otherwise cordial. Some nice challenging holes and was well worth the price paid. Definitely will play again.

Good course with a good pace of play. Plays longer then you think.

Fairways in need of attention and some of the greens also need help. Players need to rake traps and ball marks on greens.

Greens were in good shape but tricked up to an unplayable level

Course was overbooked and no carts available. Not allowed to check in. Told we had to wait until exactly our tee time. A group came in and a tee time was created for them four minutes before our tee time even though we had been told we would be the next group to receive carts. Manager was extremely rude and told us to leave because we questioned this action. We did leave.. Will never be back and will never recommend it again. Very poorly managed at this point.

We were hollered at by the Manager because we arrived at 10:30 for a 11:10 tee time. We were not allowed to check in nor have access to a cart - none were available. We were told we could not check in until after 11:00. Another group arrived and were checked in for an 11:06 time that was not on schedule,, given carts, and we were continued to be told we could not check in until our tee time at 11.10. Manager told us we could leave since we were HOT DEAL patrons. He did not care. Bad experience and we have been playing there for years. NEVER again.

I've been playing this course for the past 10 years and this is the best it's been in a long time. The current management has put a lot of effort into getting the course back in shape by over seeding the fairways and manicuring the greens. This course can be quite challenging depending on the the tees you play so choose wisely. Bunkers are in good condition but could use a little trimming around the edges which I am sure will be the next improvement in the near future. All in all I would compare this course to any $50 - $75 in the Orlando area. Take a 40 min drive from Kissimmee and enjoy this great little course.

Well we arrived at golf course 30 minutes before tee time. I wanted to practice putting as I bought a new putter. The putting green is across the road from clubhouse a 1/4 mile away. I attempted to check in but they wouldn't allow us to as they didn't have any carts available. So walked over to practice green putted for 15 minutes and walked back to clubhouse. Still no carts. About 15 minutes later 2 carts were available and they allowed us to check in. Started our round 10 minutes past tee time. Get to second hole a par three and there is a group on the green and two groups waiting to tee off. We are the third group. All in all we were the last group to finish our round after 5 hours. Management needs a ranger and more carts.

Played here many times over the years, keeps getting better over time. As a senior player wish some of the gold tees were moved up some.
