Heritage Harbour Golf Club

I have played here for many years and can say this is the best condition I have ever seen this course in, The greens are excellent and the fairways are good. This course gets my vote for most improved!

Played mid-morning, weekday, round as a twosome. Finished in 3 1/2 hours. Well conditioned course with nice (but firm) greens. Welcoming staff (Billy inside, Tommy and Cha outside). Enjoyed playing Heritage Harbour and look forward to playing there again soon.

This course hasn't recovered from its ill fated attempt to upgrade to a resort destination. The layout is poor, the fairways are poor the greens are bad. Nothing close to what it was before the "renovations". Avoid.

Great deal, friendly folks, joined up with another group, great happy hour deals ($3 draft Modelo, first one free with greens fee coupon). Actually had some after golf customers in the bar.

I just moved to Bradenton and this was the first course I’ve played. It was in great condition, the staff was very friendly and I liked the course layout. I’ll be back

Greens were a tad slower than appeared but they were in great condition. Tee boxes were pretty solid as well.

Greens were rolling very nicely. Fairways in decent shape. A couple of slow foursomes made pace of play less than desirable.

New layout a little odd to me. I liked the old layout.

I brought some friends from the North East here and they thought it was the toughest track compared to other courses in the area. While tough, they thought that it was in great shape. I agreed and have come to this course on numerous occasions due to the price. Will be coming back again.

To start, the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The course has a nice layout and the greens were in perfect condition. The course layout has changed a bit with a couple of new holes replacing the old number 1 and 2 holes where a development is going in. Number one is now the old 18 which is a good starting hole. The only thing I didn't like about the course is that once you leave the clubhouse you don't see it again until you are done. They did have a beverage cart, water coolers, and bathrooms so it is manageable without a break after the 9th hole. They also have a very nice watering hole to have a drink after the round to add the scores and settle any games.

The course was well maintained though none of our foursome liked hitting out of the shell/sand/rock areas on the first few holes, especially with mu new Taylor Made irons. Also, we all grew frustrated with the hole changes on our Garmin watches as we could not get them to align. Not always with the cart gps, we had to guess at distances old school. Recommendation to a friend is with these two caveats.

The original golf course was initially very good. Now, after the redesign, two holes have been lost and awkwardly forced into the old course layout. The course is in shabby condition, and there's no ice or water available either.

Good course with nice greens. Recommend snd hope to play again soon.
